A 4 day visit for a casual leisure time. It was a perfect stay and the service from resort was totally awsome. The place has their own beachside restaurant Praia Branca, great ambience with live music on Fridays-Sundays ! Personal beach on property itself is all you can desire, very clean and maintained. The place has all amenities and a perfect breakfast menu with so many choices. The room service was also great. It was monsoon season, still you can get all gear like umbrellas to take to beach and enjoy your time! Must try !

The transport can be an issue as there are not much cab options. The availability of GoaMiles cabs is very scarce. Best to have a vehicle (self-driven) or a cab booked for going out. The place has its transport outsourced, therefore charges are high.

Very well presented and clean hotel with good facilities. The room was modern and spacious with excellent room cleaning. A nice location by the beach and two lovely bars and restaurants overlooking the beach and a paddy field. The staff overall were helpful and friendly.

The coffee is dreadful (packet instant). The only real coffee machine was in the hardly used coffee bar which meant good coffee was chargeable at breakfast (crazy for a hotel of this standard and price) and not available at all at the beach restaurant and bar where we used the sun beds most days! WiFi was often poor. The weddings which are frequent at this hotel can dominate everything and seriously impact the experience for holiday guests. Our first day was chaotic with an Indian wedding with the breakfast restaurant looked like a bomb had exploded!

What a beautiful place. This was our third time in this resort. Every time we come here, we don’t feel like leaving. Top notch hospitality by the staff, always helpful and smiling. The property is well maintained, and taken good care of. The beach access area outside the property could be better. Would like to mention some incredible people who were shining throughout our stay, starting from Madonna in the reception, gave us a smooth welcome, the Dosa Man Jyotikanth, met him for the second time, still makes the tastiest Dosas and offcourse great service, abhijit the housekeeping guy, have done a wonderful job with the other guys, praveen from the pool, was nice to see him again, always helpful, and all the wonderful restaurant and bar staff. Thanks for the remarkable service. Stay in beleza are always unforgettable. Tip* Morning Chai or Coffee at the paddy field bar. The peaceful vibes are infectious. Thank you so much. See you again.

We came to Beleza for a family wedding and it was a lovely place to stay and celebrate a fantastic occasion. From the welcome on arrival the staff were all very friendly. The food at the restaurants was amazing and always had a good choice. The paddy fields behind the bar are a beautiful sight and the short walk to the beach is made very scenic. The beach is lovely, with soft white sand and not very crowded at all. The swimming pool isn't the biggest, but it was more than enough for all of us. The rooms were all very modern, which we loved and the housekeeping team were very good, especially when we asked for extra bedding for our daughter. The bathroom was very clean. We stayed an extra night before all the wedding guests arrived in one of the junior suites before we got moved to our room for the wedding. Both rooms were excellent, but obviously the junior suite was far more spacious. I would definitely stay at Beleza again.

Being part of the wedding, meant we probably got preferable treatment. However, at times, we did have sympathy for guests staying at the hotel who weren't part of the group, as it seemed they probably didn't get the same levels of attention and when the weddings seem to be happening consecutively at this time of year (Feb), it could be quite frustrating.

Love everything about this hotel! This is my first time in india, i visited for a friend's wedding. I was a bit worried traveling alone as a 24yo female but i arranged a pick up from the airport for around 3am with the hotel and they were super friendly and accommodating so i felt at ease! The place is lovely and the rooms are spacious (depends on which one you get, i stayed in 2 different ones) The staff are super nice they made sure everything was comfortable which was great The hotel's beach is absolutely beautiful and very clean i would recommend visiting even if you wont swim there

There's nothing to complain about everything was perfect- i would just get some mosquito bite cream because one of the days i stayed out late at night near the pool and got lots of bites. But their rooms have mosquito repellents so you wont find any in your room (you can also ask them for the mosquito coil if you want)

The location is excellent, especially for people who want a peaceful, quiet stay and enjoy the beach, cannot recommend the place enough. There is an entry to the beach from the property and the beach almost feels private that way. The rooms have nothing to write about, pretty normal. The paddy field view room that we took, was small but comfortable. And had a terrace which definitely needs some upkeep. There was also a big common pool and the place is aesthetically pleasing. The staff were friendly. There was also a kid play area and another kids activity session, which we did not explore.

It is a costly affair, everything is highly priced. Be it the spa, food or any service. The rooms can be a little better and the tv is still cable tv

Resort is at a calm, green, well maintained location. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a good relaxing time at the resort in the green area. The food is good. They make sure you are comfortable with any service requested. If you are looking for calm, relaxing away from hustle, this is the place to be.

Overall, good front staff is very caring. Can improve on restaurant service it was missing wow in restaurant service. One thing to be aware they charge service charges on everything you order. Found restaurant prices reasonable as we liked food for the service charges we paid it was not justified. Other then that all great. We will visit again.

We loved everything about the hotel. The food was just delicious, in the a la carte restaurant they have plenty of options to meet every taste. Everything we tried was excellent, and the waiters were very friendly and helpful, they also suggested us few dishes we could try and we were not disappointed. We would like to mention specially Mathew and Sajjad who waited us often and were always kind and really patient with us. 10/10 guys. We had a room with view to the paddy fields and the views in the early morning, during sunrise, are breathtaking. Beautiful and amazing, I recommend it 100%.

The only thing I didn't like is that we booked a spa treatment and once we were there we were told that the steam room was not working and they didn't inform us the day before when we booked it. I must say that at the end, they repaired the steam room and we could have the full treatment, which was awesome. Also, the spa staff was really loving and friendly the whole time, both the receptionist and the masseurs.

Beautiful beach (Betalbatim), nice modern rooms, beachside bar, good breakfast, friendly staff. They offered to sanitize our sons bottles for us which was greatly appreciated - they also have a playground, kiddie pool, and other family amenities. It's a bit secluded but you can walk to a few beach clubs.

Felt a little pricey for Goa but we'd stay here again. For some reason they couldn't provide a baby crib, even though they advertise them as available. We ended up having to lug a travel crib from home. Taxis were also significantly more expensive when ordered through the hotel, and they seem to try to prevent Uber/Ola from picking up at the hotel. Not sure if that's the hotel or the local taxi union.

Everything; the setting 5 minutes to the beach, the facilities, spotless swimming pool, beautiful coffee bar and restaurant. The breakfasts were beautiful, huge choice and eating to a view over the paddy fields. Our room was huge and our bathroom was really enormous, all spotlessly clean and well functioning

Some might say it is expensive but considering what you get we considered it excellent value for money
