It’s a third time we come to Beira Mar. I don’t know better quality/location/price/comfort ratio hotel in Goa. And I recommended it to many of my friends. The perfect golden/white sand beach is right behind the door of hotel. Not big but lovely territory, all in flowers and green plants and palms. They take care of the plants very thoroughly so it looks like a botanic garden. So many spots for wonderful tropical photos!!. Pool is very nice and has been improved for the last year. Tents with lights, armchairs, clear water in pool, baby area in pool, music for the good mood. Bar with drinks and cocktails. Very fast and polite housekeeping personnel. Nice breakfast from 7:30-10:30. Cottages are spacious and equipped with all the necessary things. Toiletries, towels, cattle, drinking water refilled every day, aircon and fans. Each cottage has a lovely terrace with chairs and table to sit and relax in the evening. The hotel provides towels for the pool. The restaurant area has been renovated this year it now looks more fresh and nice. I want to add that the hotel looks better and better each time we come. And it means that management takes care of their business and guests satisfaction. Don’t even hesitate, book and stay here, being a 3 child Mom and very experienced traveller I highly recommend this place for couples and families. The outdoor facilities are also very comfortable. The beach is far far from crowds, many nice beach shacks with very moderate prices and good food and drinks right next to the hotel, the sand is gentle clean and beautiful. The ocean is always with the gentle waves, which make you don’t want to go out of water. Waves are not dangerous here, nor like in Vietnam and SriLanka. My children adore Goan ocean. I recommend Roger’s shack for perfect food and cocktails. Supermarkets, drug store and market are 10-15 min walking from the hotel. At Kadar supermarket you can find absolutely all you need.

Overall it was an idle resort location for a calm and quiet stay with the family. Proximity to the beach was good. The staffs at the resort was very friendly and ready to help. Fast room services. Food were excellent with variety of menu. Breakfast was excellent. Steward Lacinta was everytime helpful and eagerly helped in serving dishes for which the order was placed. The reception was friendly. It had a good four stays with family. Idle for family stay. Good swimming pool. Kids enjoyed.

Nothing to say. We didnt find any cons. The resort is at an idle location near Benaulim beach. Overall Good. Nothing negative to say.

Booked for 5 nights and stayed for 8. Well kept gardens; clean, practically unused pool - ideal for relaxing and swimming. Very close to beach. Restaurant catered for European tastes as well as Asian. Excellent, helpful staff. Very close to beach and good restaurants further along. Would stay again.

Adjacent to beach car park and loud music late at night was an issue on a couple of nights as our bungalow was very close. We were moved to a much quieter location. Pool table could do with an overhaul!

Beira Mar's proximity to the beach is amazing and it is a perfect spot for beach lovers. Just a 2 min walk from the room and you are the beach. The gardens and parks are also very developed and maintained. The greenery was quite nice. The chola bhatura at the breakfast was fantastic. There's a taxi stand right outside which is also very helpful.

The rooms need to be a lot better though. The bathrooms and toilets are arranged in a weird manner. The door of one bangs into the other. The washbasin is the bath area and their is no basin in the toilet. No space to hang towels or any separate shower area in the bathroom. There are too many windows without proper curtains. The lighting is very poor, the flooring is very cheap, the wooden doors feel cheap and even the pillows were so hard. I would really suggest that the resort upgrade their rooms to match with the outdoor experience they provide.

We had an excellent stay at Beira Mar Beach Resort! Thanks to Mr. Rohit and the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality and welcoming service. They went above and beyond by organizing a birthday cake for my son, making our celebration even more special. The resort is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery that adds to the serene atmosphere. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Beautifully maintained gardens and no mosquitoes; little used large pool; very close to beach; very helpful staff; good variety of food and alcohol at reasonable prices. We stayed for 8 nights and would return again. Excellent beach restaurants within short distance.

Resort is adjacent to beach car park and some loud music was heard after midnight on a couple of occasions which Police tended to ignore. Reception were helpful and moved us to a quieter place. Ripped off at bar at entrance to the beach.

Location with direct access to the beach. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. The very prompt housekeeping service. Well maintained grounds and pool. Would highly recommend as close to restaurants serving range of cuisines.

Disturbance from the adjacent car park with loud music till 5am on two consecutive nights. Frugality with bottled water in the room.

The pool was clean , the bungalow was spacious and well equipped . Kettle included . We had water given to us each day. The staff were so kind and the gardens impeccable . So much space to sit around and enjoy the resort. There is a back gate to the beach two minutes walk. The restaurant food is delicious we visited other places nearby but none as good evening meal as at Beira Mar . We would return here . Thank you for a lovely stay of 5 nights .

Linen is as stained and stale. Lumpy pillows. Signs in English regarding clothing in the pool and using balconies for laundry were ignored by local tourists Poor lighting to my bungalow at night made me nervous and unwilling to stay out after dark Need more attention to bungalow maintenance. Scratching noises in the ceiling at night.

Location (while I expected it is right on the beach, but actually it is not; it is 3 minutes walking, but you don't feel you are on the sea, you don't hear waves sound etc.). Staff is nice and friendly The territory is well maintained and beautiful Nice wooden shacks

It is not right on the beach, so you don't hear the waves sounds, you basically don't feel it is a seaside resort. The staff cannot help you with arranging any activities. Whatever trip, excurtion you need as well as rent a bicycle or motorbike, you have to do it on your own. For the price being charged looks overpriced. Almost like European price level
