The location is very convenient to the airport, less than 15 minutes for sure. The staff were exceptionally helpful and willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was using canes and they worked with me with a wheelchair although I chose to walk up three steps twice instead of using the incline ramp. I was up there for just an overnight so I did not see the other parts of the Facility, but the room was large, clean and stocked with water and bathroom supplies. They arranged airport pick up and Drop off at late and early times of the day very congenially for a reasonable fee as I requested a car instead of their van to pick me up. They communicated with me by email and booking.com several times at my request prior to my arrival. Thank you to the two gentleman that helped me so much with getting around!

The rom was a bit musty at first but with Lysol and the a/ c that cleared.

the hotel is really quiet. We couldn't hear any traffic noise, such as honking or engine sounds. Also it's quite close to the airport which is good for early morning flights. It was a great last hotel for us, to come down after a couple of days in the louder city.

breakfast and restaurant (for dinner) was ok but has some room for improvement. Downside of the location is, for everything you want to do, a (longer) Uber ride is required. The refrigerator in the room was really loud (almost annoying).

I took executive suite with balcony It’s a tranquil and serine place Green paradise away from horrible Bangalore traffic Lots of birds flying into the property eagles peacocks owls , u won’t expect that in a metropolitan city Food is awesome .. house keeping service is marvelous Help desk and reception people are so friendly

There are so many hotels near the Bangalore airport , you don’t know which one to choose & most are located in the noisy area. Goldfinch is away from the noise tucked inside a large wooded area with trees all around. You can take a nice walk in the mornings / evenings.

When you drive towards this property , you feel you are going far from airport but as you enter the complex , you feel it’s different and it’s close to the airport , 15 minutes drive.

Location was excellent , we particularly liked the menagerie of animals in the garden area. The staff were superb, very polite and helpful at all times. The manager went out of his way to attend to our every need which was much appreciated as my wife is using a wheelchair .

Wheelchair ramps were present but were excessively steep . Would have liked a ceiling fan as an alternative to always putting the a/c on.

We arrived jet lagged and ver sleep deprived. Lalit looked after all our needs with great courtesy. He could not have been more helpful. Nandina in reception was very helpful and friendly. Thank you both and all the other staff, everyone was kind and helpful. The food was fantastic, we had the best breakfast. The beds were very very comfy, rooms clean and a beautiful hot shower.

We were given an upgrade of our rooms! We had our breakfast at around 8:00 am and it was fresh and delicious. They can keep some more variety of bread - brown / multigrain and with butter.

For dinner, some items that we requested were not available. But whatever we did order - the quality and taste was good! Some kids related activities were not maintained like the trampoline. The kids play / park area was faraway from the hotel.

Ambience is good, food spread and taste is exceptional. The rooms were extraordinary.

Well, just to mention, I told its for my Brother's 70th Birthday, you guys could have made something special. But Tapas wasn't well, and swetha was not polite enough to listen to us. We are Senior Citizens and we just wanted or expected a gesture from you. Just to mention, I am a friend of your MD, Mr Prakash Shetty, but I didn't mention. Otherwise we made our own arrangements to celebrate.

Staff is very cooperative and friendly with visitors, hotel location is near the Airport but expensive or I would say NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY w.r.t facilities, food and location.

Price should be reduced to be more competitive w.r.t. nearby large group of hotels ie ITC.

Not much else around it but a good location if you want to be close the airport. Our room was next to a function room And so a bit noisy until 10.30 pm
