Comfortable stay; Great Staff! Vipin was helpful throughout the confusion caused by the platform. Amazingly sufficient breakfast that was filling. The spread was adequate. Comfortable beds and good options for pillows. Would recommend for fliers on the red eye, to those who have to attend events around the airport area.

The breakfast was good, but was missing my favourite cheese omelette. Again, not complaining. It was just perfect ensuring that food doesn't get wasted. More fruits could have been added though. Didn't order food for in-room dining, so I cannot comment on that.

We stayed here primarily because it was close to the airport. There was a McDonald's around the corner but we chose to dine in at the hotel and were quite impressed with how pretty the restaurant was and how good the food turned out to be. Service was OK but could be friendlier.

The room was a bit dark and could use a bit of decor to make it less drab. The cable TV ran out of subscription a few hours after we checked in.

I have been a business traveller for many years and have been staying in hotels of all good brands but I was surprised with spacious room of Shivas Galaxy. The room service was fast and best the food rates is nominal. Overall great value for money. They should be rated very very high by booking.com. Now a days the complementaries in room in all 4/5 stars are not there, Shivas have the in room snacks complimentaries....

We can’t thank the staff enough for their service. I left my bag in the taxi, with all my atm cards in it and their staff member went above and beyond, making multiple calls over a number of hours to locate it for me, then picking it up from the airport taxi company himself when he did locate it. even refusing a tip as a thank you. An amazing experience, I can’t imagine I would have got this type of service in my homeland.

I was unsure if the water supply was purified. As a western traveler in India, I’d heard all the warnings about not drinking the water or getting it in my eyes, nose, or mouth when showering. Water for coffee/tea was provided, but it was in refillable bottles, so a sign in the room telling the guest that the water was purified would have been reassuring.

Excellent Rooms and very reasonable price

The staff at the font desk very slow and they talk to all other customers as well as the other staff while attending me which I found very unprofessional. They delayed the check out process. They didnt have even 50 rupees change. Not acceptable. They had an attitude and unfriendly.

Managed by highly professional team specially Mr Vipin who has provided all the support during our stay as well as our other guests who came to attend marriage in Moongate resort. Checkin team, Mr Neelkanth was also very supporting and caring. Overall we all were very happy with our stay at hotel.

The hotel is in perfect location for guests needing airport access and a definite value for money. Hotel's Airport transfer facility is very good too. The Executive Chef Mr. Rahes Khan personally attends to any suggestions that the guests may have regarding the F&B and wholeheartedly makes an effort to meeting guests expectations.

Amazing and safe place to stay just 15 mins from airport on the main road. I loved it. Staff is very caring and nice. Breakfast lunch buffet was super delicious and healthy. Book the room with breakfast buffet. I had 5th floor enjoyed the view with flights landing. Front desk staff is very helpful with what ever I needed. this hotel was recommended by another solo female traveler and I agree. I will definitely stay in this hotel in future. It is 2 min walk from Sadahalli bus stop and you can take bus to city or go to airport . Uber is around 360 rupees to airport(but long wait) hotel can arrange taxi. Room Service person was super nice and provided me everything I needed. Front desk also helped me get some print outs needed for my travel. There are places in 2 min walk such as bakery copy and print shop and to eat. Overall wonderful experience here

Family room was amazing. Staff was very helpful.

I had issues with Wifi, and they did their best to help me get Wifi Connection in the room. The wifi could only be connected in the hallway and will work about halfway into the room. Since I was only there for a 2 nights, this wasn't a major problem but full marks on the staff trying to get this situation sorted even though it was close to midnight.
