Hotel review from Australian 🇦🇺 I had the pleasure of staying there. The moment I arrived I was welcomed into this serene oasis with the smell of fresh lilies at the reception and a tranquil surrounding, a welcome change from the busy streets outside. The staff were courteous and accommodating from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone displayed exemplary professionalism and warmth. The restaurant offered an impressive range of local and international cuisine and the service was quick, butter chicken boneless was awesome. The public areas and rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The potted plants and gardens are lovingly tended, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly sets The hotel is its elegant yet homely ambience, beautiful lighting and attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this charming gem to families and solo travellers alike and can't wait to return. Thank you!

the hotel is close to railway station and is clean.

They don't have a travel desk. The travel agent they suggested - J.B. Travels gave us a horrible bus service from Dwarka to Somnath. The bus stops everywhere on the highway picking locals and making them stand on the bus passage to make extra money. It also went to Porbander and Keshod on route, while we were told that the bus goes straight to Somnath. Please be very careful when u book bus tickets in Dwarka.

The rooms are really big in size, very spacious with all excellent amenities and the main Dwarkadish temple is just 7 mins walking distance from here.

Although we had a great experience staying at this property, however as soon as you enter the property you come across a typical smell which doesn’t make you feel good. This is everywhere in the property and can easily be avoided by the hotel authorities by using room fresheners etc.

This was a good establishment, efficiently run and well located. Food and in room services were extremely prompt and quality exemplary. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. We would like to especially thank Mr. Mritunjoy Chatterjee for his support at reception and clear guidance regarding the places of visit and temples of worship nearby. Will visit again if in Dwarka.

It is well located hotel near the temple. Parking is good. Restaurant is also upto mark rather good to have dinner and breakfast. Once you enter in rooms will experience little wrong smell but after 15 minutes, its ok.

Linen quality should be upgraded and smell of room once enter should be taken care of by hotel. Around Washbasin needs space to place our toilet items.

Location of the hotel, food quality, cleanliness, amenities provided. Overall the hotel is of high quality. Staff were well behaved and prompt. Located just near to main market and Dwarkadish Temple. And the stay at the hotel was comforting and relaxing.

Slippers were not provided, hand and face towels were not provided.

Should have a facility like a coffee shop to take urgent office calls. There is no such space and restaurant is like normal low light restaurant

Room service menu needs better clarity. Eg Parathas are served with dahi and pickle. You don’t charge separately for dahi if so mention clearly.

Had an amazing experience. All things right from room service linen rooms everything was really good. One thing is price of the room can be a little cheaper. Otherwise everything is extremely good.

Location, knowledgeable staff, food, cleanliness, everything was value for money. Only thing is they can include Gujarati thali in menu since it's that area's speciality.
