The property was fabulous. The staff equally kind and welcoming. Restaurant and the food were good, definitely beyond our expectations. The property is lovely and very spacious, not expected this in Gangtok. Room and the washroom were huge.

Casino wasn’t so good, staff also not so trained to welcome guests who probably are new. Journey from Bagdogra to Gangtok was quite a pain.

Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very courteous. Resort itself is very beautifully made with many interesting artifacts and paintings.

Food could have been better. Food was average.

Very good property in a great location as heard from my friends.All staff are sincere and courteous as expected .i was thoroughly impressed specially at reception Mr. Prasant, from the moment i arrived make us feel welcome and attended to my every need.We had a memorable experience.thank you all mayfair team.

Resort is well built. Staff is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good and has variety of options. Quality of food is good.

Finance team is slow. They charged way much in advance. I have some change of plans and need to get refund. I kept asking for refund, but I only got the refund after I completed my stay in Resort and after following up with Resort for 7-8 days. Usually hotels charge few days before checkin or on the day of checkin. They charged multiple months before checkin and all this happened that I don't appreciate at all.

Location and villa-wise distribution of rooms, each rooms have their own art work, it was beyond thinking of one self.Wild animal statues were nicely placed. Though Greenery is beautiful, but only most of bamboo trees and restricted to visibility of mountains. Gardening staff always found at work, there is huge quantities of plant pots .it was nice. There are Two big aquariums in restaurant,one open aquarium with beautiful and colourful fishes. At reception counter Mr.abhijit & Mr.dass(?) Are very humble. In casino, it was a small and enjoyable place( please don’t compare to goa-that is hub). Overall it was nice trip in ranipool to stay at Mayfair.

I had booked the space for my parents anniversary and it was a delightful experience and Mayfair no wonder is one of the best property in Gangtok ...They took extra care of my instructions for my parents so I am grateful

That they couldn't give me a booking in Darjelling :-) They have been wonderful frankly
