I liked the villa. It was spacious and well-maintained, with a good Wi-Fi facility. The owner was very polite, friendly, and had a warm nature.

The property is a bit isolated, and there aren’t any amenities nearby. There are no hotels or even departmental stores in the vicinity. It’s more suitable for families with their own vehicles. There was no restaurant available when I visited in October, although the owner mentioned it would open after October 15. I didn’t see any security at the villa, and it felt a bit unsettling at night. There was no vehicle service like auto rickshaws, so handling any urgent medical issue would be difficult without your own vehicle.

You rarely find exceptional properties. everything was good

The property is made up of a row of nicely defined villa/cottages quite independent of the others in terms of privacy, rooms are with A/C with individual terraces looking out towards the beach which is about 350 meters. Aggy is a fantastic host and he makes sure that his guests are never unattended, and is super fast communicator. He is a great guy. The USP of this property is the free breakfast for which a specially appointed chef takes your order and makes it right there in your kitchen and serves you!! There is a private swimming pool for resort guests and recliners to sun bathe too. In all it’s money worth well spent, would come again!

The villa has any kind of facility, big bedroom, a/c, pool and most important the place is very clean! Aggie the owner is amazing, really helpful and kind person. Breakfast is served with delicious food, the beach is only few minutes by walk

The location is awesome and peaceful. The owner is very sweet. The food and working staff are very good.

Nothing to dislike

Location of A's Holiday is just exceptional. Extremely peaceful and close to the nature. Sea beach at a stone throw distance. Srrounded by all green plants and a very clean swiming pool just attached to the kitchen makes this place superb and higher rated than any of the five star property. Breakfast and the chef is like your home member - on time, courteous and gentle with excellent cooking skill. I am sure I will stay again next very soon for a longer duration. Thanks Aggie.

Two things would have added more perfection. 1. TV in bedroom 2. Arrangement of drinking water. There might be some reason for the absence of these two factors. Otherwise Aggie would have better arranged them.

There is good villa and clean bedrooms.

But missing hot water for geyser and light tube is low bright in the bedroom and dining room. Please put bright light tube we can see clearly.

Very kind and at every time very helpful owner. We had a wonderful vacation. Breakfast was super. We will definitely come back.

Our experience was really good. Host Aggie and his staff know how to run this business. They were accomodating to our requests and helped us with ordering food and booking a car or bike on rent. Villas are clean and their staff will clean them everyday. Chef is also good, he will prapare a delicious breakfast for you. Property is just few minutes away (walk) from Sunset Beach, and it felt like a home to us.. Overall it is a good property with good service by their team.
