very nice hotel, great location and views. we had a nice room. Breakfast was also very nice.

the room was received late despite hotel confirming check in at 2pm. We did not receive towels when we checked in so had to ask and even then we only got bath towels, no hand towels or floor mat. So we had to ask again and even then only received hand towels. the staff seemed a little lost at times.

Fantastic location, very close to the old Portuguese areas of the city with their beautiful old buildings. Amazing views over the lit-up Atal Setu bridge at night time. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Although there were many staff at the hotel, the Hanging Garden bar was understaffed with only one waiter. It wasn’t at all busy but took 30 minutes to get a couple of drinks. Perhaps they should concentrate less on the casino and more on the restaurants. It was very expensive relative to other similar properties we’ve stayed at.

Large clean and very quiet and comfortable rooms. Powerful shower and good array of toiletries. Full facilities casino, spa and clean and good sized pool. Daisy and Brenda are friendly and ensured the best customer service. Excellent location, near the heritage area and all the best restaurants and shops. Wide breakfast selection. Staff constantly cleaning and upgrading place. Superb views.

Only complaint, the hanging garden restaurant was very nice and clearly marked as a ‘no smoking area’ but people were smoking cigarettes and Shisha pipes which engulfed in clouds of smoke whilst eating our dinner

The location on a hill is fantastic, beautiful views and near to best part of the city. The staff is attentive to one's needs. There is a spa with nice massages to relax at the end of the day. At sunset it is beautiful to see the boats sailing up and down the river Mandovi. There is live music on Sundays at lunch with Darryl which makes it a very special occasion. I was going to visit my late grandparents house and he dedicated a song to them.

A quaint hotel. Charming Breakfast was varied and delicious. The rooms were very large. I had a view of the Mandovi River which was excellent but my dad had an awful view of all the air-conditioning units outside

It was a real feat to pay them the deposit required to secure our booking. My international c/card did not work nor did bank transfer. In the end my cousin had to go pay the hotel in cash His is listed as a 5 star international hotel well... Don't know what everyone else does from overseas

The location of the hotel is one of the best for Panjim. Very spacious. Clean room and also the hotel. Clean pool. The bed, pillows and the linen were impeccable.

The breakfast and all the food list is referred only for Indian taste. Actually the breakfast was very poor for this standard. Also, the restaurant service should be improved. I could not enjoy the pool as all the sides are used as pathways for clients and staff. Should be arranged with a small intimate area.

Excellent location, close to Fontainhas neighborhood and town entrance. View is fantastic. Staff is friendly and hotel is in good working order.

Still not back to 100% following the lockdown, which is understandable. We were called twice on the phone (firstly previous afternoon, second time after breakfast on leaving day) asking when we were going to check out, which was a bit weird, like being pressured to leave.

Had a nice stay at Crown goa. The rooms were spacious and had good secluded open space. It is very near to all the casinos and just a 2 minutes walk to happening places like Down The Road, Soho, etc. (drinks and dinner).

The staff at breakfast can do much better. They were not welcoming and confused our orders multiple times. In terms of variety, the breakfast spread really needs improvement.

The WiFi wasn’t working and it was frustrating as I wanted to speak to someone important Secondly I booked at Booking.com which included breakfast but they said that I had to pay for breakfast When I get back to London will put in a complaint
