Breakfast was excellent.. good variety! Washrooms were clean!

The entire lobby of the 2nd floor was smelling of cigarette .. and it pilfered into the room! My wife could hardly sleep because of the smell... A moistoriser is a basic need these days and we didnt see those.

Food was very good. Be it BF, Lunch or Dinner food was enjoyable. Very nice people in the dining hall. One very special mention goes to Mr. Bhaskar Reddy of Travel Desk. Excellent Guy. He deserves a pat on his back for excellent co-ordination and co-operative attitude.

I had booked 5 rooms. 3 rooms were booked from 22 feb to 26 ( 5days). out of this one guest family reached hotel in the morning hrs of Feb 23. The room was not ready for the guest despite the room was booked from 2 PM of feb 22. This was/is not an acceptable situation. Green Park agreed not to charge him for the feb 22. The same guest, while he was checking out , the reception counter billed him for 5 days ( instead of 4 days- as agreed earlier). There was a communication gap among the staff, which was avoidable, if the in charge was prudent enough. It took sometime to convince the front desk not to charge for 5 days.

Location was the best. The breakfast was good. decent variety mainly south India. Rooms were good for the price. Staff was good and most were helpful esp the Doorman, who helped my parents with mobility issues.

no access for elderly and people with movement disability. staff training has to be slightly better. they are not very helping as compared to other hotels. For elder ppl they cannot used a qr code to order. requested for a menu many times the only reply we got was we need to use qr code for menu. i understand paperless future, but a simple printout could have helped. which i requested and no one bothered. most ppl over 70 have eyesight issues and QR is not a solution to order food especially if we are staying in your hotel!

This is an incredibly good value hotel. We chose it as my son in law was running the 50 km ultramarathon (5/11/23) and his team was booked here. The hotel was extremely good value and we had a half board deal. The staff were exceptionally attentive, the breakfast and lunch/dinner buffet was abundant with huge number of options, very tasty and varied. The minibar was complimentary and 4 bottles of water daily. Whats not to like?

The rooms look a bit tired and dated, but are clean. The whole hotel could do with a bit of freshening up of carpets and decor, but it's not a big deal as it was comfortable and clean.

Excellent breakfast. In room dining was great.Both restaurants Tulip and Once Upon a Time had great choices and reasonably priced.

Rooms not clean and pests like cockroaches and mosquitoes were in the room. Hotel staff did not do much despite reporting these issues. Also the facilities inside the room like door latches, room safe were faulty and needed to be repaired multiple times. Hotel rooms are old and need a lot of maintenance for the charges being levied. Food and location is excellent and staff is very courteous and helpful.

Excellent Breakfast. Service by the front desk staff was truly excellent. The two ladies who really deserve a mention are Ms. Mofida and Ms Manesa.

The towels are very poorly washed. They smell dirty. Their rates have been jacked up to a very high level. (I have stayed here before and this time I found the rates extremely. If their rates continue at a high like this I may look for another place.

Having booked for 27 nights, I can honestly describe Hotel Green Park , Hyderabad in just one word-IMPECCABLE. An amazing experience in every Department by any stretch of human imagination. You are literally treated like Royalty by every member of staff, from the front doorman (I forget his name-tall guy) to the room cleaner (Trinath) to the restaurant waiter (Mounika) to the Restaurant Manager (Jagadeesh) to the Front Office Manager (Uday Kumar), to name a few. Culinary delights (breakfast/lunch/dinner) are a treat for even the most discerning palates. The hearty breakfast buffet spread is simply irresistible and not to forget the Midnight Biryani (exclusive to Green Park). Did I forget Location-Central to everything. Walk to Banks/Shops/Metro. You can get a cab 24/7. Green Park Hyderabad 'double' ticks all the boxes-Reception/Service/Cleanliness/Ambience/Location/Food. Now Green Park is my permanent "adda" whenever I visit Hyderabad. PS: It is the little gestures that win hearts (all else being equal) and this was amply demonstrated by Management. My wife was given a Card and a Coffee Mug for Mother's Day. A late check out from 12 noon to 6PM etc etc etc.

Outstanding food at the Once Upon A Time Restaurant!! We'll keep coming again and again just for this!! Breakfast buffet is extensive, Tulip restaurant also serves oitstanding lunch and dinner. Young staff is very enthusiastic and eager to please.

The property is run down and could do with a lot of upgrades. Remodeling work seemed to be in progress - lots of loud hammering sounds throughout the day and well into the evening made it hard to rest. They should lower the room rates until the remodeling is done.

Clean comfortable room..

Was made to wait at the reception for check in a little longer than necessary due to one single trainee staff handling the business when other staff members were sitting around doing nothing of value as it appeared. However there is always a scope for improvement.

AC fan was making very much noise in my Room no. 138 Flush tanks buttons do not work properly and some time wastes so much water which is not good from saving water point of view. shampoo bottles had broken cap, shampoo get leaked from them. i had to stay in some other hotel for one day then only i got the room. not good for corporate customers who plan last moment. no clarity given by manager while check about what are things free / included in package.
