I got an opportunity to meet Mr. Manohar (HOD Housekeeping) at the GYM. While having a conversation with him, I just mentioned if i could have the bubble bath and bath salt in my room so that I could enjoy a nice soak post my workouts. To my surprise, I did not only get them, but he made an arrangement that the bathtub was filled up for my bubble bath and relaxing soak with just right temperature of water. This was overwhelming and my special moment during my stay. Also there were many other addons like fresh fruits , chocolates , cookies etc. were always present in my room other than the usual facility. I really appreciate all the efforts and conviction to serve better of Mr. Manohar and entire hotel management. what else would one ask for. I was taken care of absolutely great.

There needs to be surely improvement in the Gym equipment. A multi-trainer should be added.

It is located in the hub of the city was easy to go around. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean.

I asked for a king bed were as they gave us twin beds that too separated. Pesticides were constantly being used while we were going in and out of the rooms that is breakfast times and the smell was awful! Hope that hey dont have like almost 4 to 5 people in the corridors working on the same kind of work and talking pretty loud. Too noisy trying to fix things most of our stay we were there. This is a luxury hotel, they need to figure out ways to get their pesticides done in a manner where the guests are not disturbed.

I think what stands out is the effort the staff takes. Breakfast spread is super. Very helpful staff. My son fell sick the last day and they really helped me out. Ordered his med. Granted me a late chk out. Enquired about him. Chef Sugato made special meals for my son who is on a diet. The bfast team was great too! The manager at front desk.. thank you for all my requests for extra towels etc for my sons treatment. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay! Thank you!

The only thing if I have to say something is… room service takes forever! So better to think and order everything at once and well in advance.

Such wonderful staff who were most helpful when one of us was unwell, they couldn’t have been more responsive when needed. Location was great and the breakfast was always a good start to the day.

The location is good. The people are kind and friendly. I have never seen a hotel in my life that offers water for free. Isn't it done? Thank you for your generosity and hospitality. We will tell everyone about what you have provided. 😊👌🏼

The size of the rooms is not suitable for families and their maintenance as there are minor problems that we hope to solve soon.

Everything was satisfied but they need to improve on Towels were not so clean otherwise everything was perfect !!

After a long flight arriving at the Park Hyaat was a pleasant experience, it was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They were quick to check us in. The room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. thanks to the folks who were responsible to make our stay comfortable. Special mention for Pratyush and Abhishek (abhi) at the reception. They went out of their way and over and above to help and are a gem for the hotel. They raised the standard of the stay and the experience of the hotel and definitely deserve a raise.

Special kudos to Siddhant Sah and Jagriti for making our stay memorable. One of the most professional staff i ever interacted in my extensive experience of stays in premium properties all across the world. These guys are great future of hyatt lineage.

Room was nice and friendly staff

Breakfast spread was decent and limited. Two different places for breakfast was quite annoying. The breakfast staff were good. Except one who was little rude who wanted us to go to other restaurant when we didnt want to as the spread there was smaller. Even though there table was available right next to where I was standing. He was rude and then eventually gave me that. He was ok accommodate other foreigner guest easily.
