The Hotel is located in a quiet surrounding ( residential areas) and the rooms are spacious & clean and well maintained. Some of the Staff could do well with a smile on their faces. They seemed aloof. But The restaurant staff were polite, pleasant and welcoming.

There are no convenience stores/super markets in the proximity(which may not matter to all). The breakfast starts at 08.00 am which is late as some clients need to reach their destination by this time( I needed to reach mine HICC) . hence to get some snacks, tetra pack juices , a super market which i could not locate nearby , becomes important for outsiders. Otherwise everything else is fine.

Lovely little place close to a lot of big offices. Great staff. Limited but tasty food available. Clean room and premises.

Only one thing - the bed for two sleepers was a bit small and too soft.

My family and I were warmly welcomed with such wonderful hospitality. The staff was really helpful and kind. The whole experience was effortless from check in to check out. Specially I thanked to Mr. Suresh. Mr. Suresh also arranged me taxies when I need to go out. Staff on reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and so cheerful. The breakfast was excellent. It looks really delicious. The property was very clean. We really love this place. Mr. Suresh is very kind and friendly, he helped me to purchased some of my medicines.

Nothing, we were happy with the property. The staff are great and the location is excellent. Perfect place to visit with family. We got many great tips on places to visited. It is good looking Hotel and comfortable!

We needed a Kitchen as we are having 5 year old kid. Room is medium size but had all facilities like mini kitchen with induction stove, mini refrigerator, micro oven, RO water separate tap, Kitchen sink, chimney. So for we are able to prepare food for the kid effortlessly. Hot water is available 24x7, Room cleaning is done on daily basis. AC, TV, Lights everything was working flawlessly. In ground floor, there is dedicated restaurant. Morning breakfast was complimentary. For Lunch and Dinner we can order whatever we want for reasonable price. All food items were good.

Our stay was made exceptional by the friendly ,always helpful staff . The rooms were very clean , modern. Breakfast was great included continental and traditional south indian items . The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful . They made food according to our taste . If I come again in Hyderabad(India) I will be definitely staying again here for sure. All the best to the always smiling friendly staff.

The acceptance of foreign cards was a small issue , but hopefully it was sorted . They assured that they were going to accept foreign cards very soon. Rather than being a problem of the hotel I would say it's more of banks problem.

I have been staying in the hotel in my every visit t Hyderabad. The staff knows me and vice Versa. I feel safe and comfortable.

I just wish that when we call for food in room service, we must get the portion that is designed for one person otherwise with the current quantity the food is bound to get wasted, so it would be great to have single portion food served when we order in room.

Breakfast is normal, only south Indian meal was severed. No continental food

The Air conditioners in the room is not working properly, after my complaint to reception the next day it was made ready. RO water line was in the room but not working all my 5 days stay. No key was available for cub boards, even i requested to the housekeeping, they cannot be able to find from their stocks.

Location was the only downside, as the hotel is located a bit far from the main road, although we never had any trouble getting cabs. Everything else was exceptional. Staff were polite and professional. Food was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone without second thought and will definitely stay again.

I am speechless because I received the most amazing and extraordinary experience at this hotel. They are much better than any five-star properties in Hyderabad. With no doubt, I recommend everyone to stay at this property and you will not be disappointed. The rooms are extremely clean, the linen is clean and top quality, the Breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are very courteous and polite. Ravi Verma hotel manager is simply a superb guy. 1. Selection at the Breakfast buffet could be better however the dishes served are super delicious. 2. Adding juice and some fresh fruits to the Breakfast buffet is something to consider 3. Have some house rules because some guests are disturbing by being noisy during midnights particularly at 12 midnight and 2 am

Very courteous and helpful staff. The facility was clean and quiet.

The location is off the main street, so getting there is through narrow winding roads that are full of potholes. A few times the streets leading to the hotel was flooded and nearly couldn't reach the hotel. They don't accept international credit cards, so unless you carry a big stack of cash or a kind friend with a local account you might run into a little bit of trouble with the payment.
