Cleanliness needs a lot of attention Expectations from the bonvoy Marriott chain is little higher then what it surpasses the rest chain of hotels. Table had coffee stains and so the desk at the TV there was continuous work going on at the lobby of the room of my 7th floor which has caused a lot of disturbance during my stay ,, I was already in my concall meets neither I would have definitely changed that floor asap

The location of Le Meridian Hyderabad is great and very Central, making it easily accessible across the city. The rooms very neat, clean and comfortable and well equipped. The front desk and housekeeping was also very good and a special mention to the breakfast. Great spread, wide variety of food and food service. The open air bar Jasper was also beautiful and a great place to lounge in the evenings. Overall great Hotel, providing a neat, clean, and comfortable stay.

The location was easy to find and very good for stay, for holiday or work. Good overall spread for breakfast and great service throughout. Didnt enjoy the veg platter for dinner as much, but otherwise, the food was good. The dal tadka was exceptional. The rooftop restaurant was nice and cozy.

A couple of things, though the occupancy was for two, the accessories in the room were provided for one. Later upon request, they did provide whatever was necessary. At dinner time, the vegetarian platter was below average, but other food everything was good.

The breakfast was very good, lots of varieties to choose from.

When I go out of the premises of the hotel more in particular across the street to buy something , you have to struggle crossing the road because there is no pedestrian lanes and even though there is, the motorists don't respect pedestrians while crossing the road. I suggest the hotel management and other establishments there should work hand in hand with the government to build an overhead pedestrian crossing bridge equip with escalators or elevators so that the people would be encouraged to use such overhead pedestrian bridge.

Breakfast options were decent however the buffet options can get cold, especially during lunch/dinner options. Staff were friendly.

Room was smaller than expected,especially for the price. Although the staff are friendly, I received 3 calls in one evening (late as 10.30pm) just to check in - one call is enough. The spa is outsourced and so cannot be added to your room bill; which we were not informed of until after the treatment. The al a carte menu is advertised online & in the room, but you have to specifically ask for it in the restaurant or they just assume you want buffet.

The hotel is about 45 mins from the airport and quite centrally located for visiting businesses/office in the Hitech city area of Hyderabad. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable with all the right facilities for business travellers such as good wifi, desk and multi-adapter electricity points etc. Staff were very polite and helpful in general. The hotel also offers facilities such as a small gym, rooftop pool and spa facilities. The best part about my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast choices are quite extensive and include Indian, Asia, Continental and Vegetarian/Vegan options.

The hotel is located on a very busy road and some of the noise does filter through into the hotel and rooms. One of the days during my stay, there was a wedding celebration in the hotel and the loud music did disturb me a bit in the early part of the evening. The hotel also has only 3 elevators and during busy times, I had to wait 5-7 mins to get an elevator. Overall, for the price paid, I felt slightly underwhelmed by the experience. In my opinion, it is a good 4 star hotel, rather than a 5 star hotel.

I love the hotel the comfort and the hotel accomodating myself and my needs. The staff was very happy and always willing to help especially Akhil from the restaurant and chef Prasanth and the restaurant manager. The took into consideration all of our dietary requirements and always assisted us with preparing meals to perfection. The rooms was always clean towels change daily room cleaned and vacuumed. The hotel indeed deserve the five star rating everything about the hotel was good.

I didn't like the smell in passage way of the floor that we stayed on that was the only problem.

All went well. The 2nd time I stayed there I had Covid and kept to my room. After three days I needed to book some more days as I'd postponed my flight with the Covid. I was informed that the room had almost doubled in price. I thought that was mean since I had Covid. I realise the manager probably had no leeway to offer any other price.

I requested a delay in cheek out which was promptly accepted. I love a garden to walk around in the morning and late evening. I understand the cost of property in a good location like yours. However a large pool at the roof top was good for spending time and provided a view far into the bustling city of Hyderabad-a giant that never sleeps. My room was clean -housekeeping was excellent.

the staff were exceptional especially Abhinav and Bilal who made sure my husbands birthday weekend was top notch they literally made us feel like celebrities and we loved everyone’s hospitality and hospitable nature. We throughly enjoyed our wonderful weekend a birthday we can never forget. Thank you to the entire Le Meridien Team. 💖💖💖💖

unfortunately on the last day during the early morning hours there was an incredible amount of noise from the speakers I don’t know how nether it was from the temple or what but it woke us up. I think Le MERIDIEN needs to invest in sound proof windows to ensure guests sleep well throughout day and night especially for city view rooms.
