Housekeeping staff were just so brilliant, authentically caring and always had fresh towels, more bottled water and a genuine kindness. Cab service organised to the airport much easier to deal with and more flexible than the local cab I booked, then could not cancel on Booking.com - due to their tech issue, they still billed me, but the hotel came to the rescue with their own vehicle to take myself and my colleague to the airport in time! Efficiently managed

The insistence on paying for the room service, after blocking a significant amount from Credit card was disappointing. Compounding that front office couldn't produce the bill after searching for 10 minutes during check out. However, Megha from guest services made sure the bill was mailed to me by end of the day.

Stayed at the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre because I was participating in a event hosted there, so it was convenient. The room was super clean, comfortable and roomy. It was great that there were universal electricity sockets to change my laptop and phone, didn't need to use an adapter. And the food in the hotel restaurants was lovely. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how wonderful and helpful the staff all were to the guests. Of particular mention were Sai Ramana and Hemalatha, who provided friendly and informative service.

I have stayed at Novotel twice until now, the whole place is perfect for Business as well as personal travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Their food is also exceptionally good. I had a great stay and have already recommended to my associates. They have endless facilities too... The cafe also hosts great food and beverage options and there a small play area for kids to engage in. One amazing thing would be the walk around the property, its a beautiful property.

Maybe the quickness in response from the staff. Some staff seemed they were new and took time respond or get back. Although the experienced ones made up for the confusion

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful. The food spread is amazing with lot of options for both veg and non veg . No complaints at all.

Only suggestion is to manage well when there is some marriage or ceremonies. There was lot of chaos as there was a marriage ceremony and there were lot of people staying so breakfast time was chaotic. Live counters were taking orders but nothing was being served as table numbers were not noted properly. Lot of confusion there.

The room and room management could be better. I found a half eaten Kit Kat lying on the refrigerator when I checked in. The restaurant lead should be more courteous, I was constantly queried and reminded the third time in front of my guests about my obligations for additional payment even though I had clearly mentioned upfront to bill the additional payment on my room.

breakfast was great! the hotel services added to my satisfaction. from the waiter specially kevin and malik, I forgot the other names of the staff, to chef and manager, they were all great. Th securities were polite, receptionist were very accommodation, the house keeping the hotel spa staff. 20/10 rating! will definitely recommend the hotel.

Since I from Belgium, an international breakfast was more then welcome. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Napkins or cutlery was sometimes missing. So an eye on that would be great.

The firework in the middle of the night in a workweek. Can't it be done in the evening? Not all visitors are on holiday.

Some areas in the room looked they need renovation or spot repairs like the chipped off or slightly cracked bathroom tile. Flush has some spots on it, sink did not look very clean. I also felt that the prices of the restaurant food are extremely expensive. Even a simple meal of dal, white rice , and curd rice costed me about 3000.
