Place to. Commute at hi-tech city, Jubilee hills, shilparamam, gochiboli, AIG hospital, APOLLO HOSPITAL, UNIVERSITY are good to work from this point, near by food facilities, shopping mall are good

Demanded 500rs extra as room charges than what was quoted in the website, and only hard cash payment was accepted. Didn't provide bill for total stay. Too loud exhaust fan noise from the hotel next to the room, gives a headache. AC power line had separate switch and it was turned off by mid night and they never turned it back on till I vacate. Water provided in can had full of algae grown in the bottom, No hot water Fan regulator was not working

All OYO hotels are doing the same mall practice of pulling the guests to the hotels by offering offer prices and once they reach there, the hotel manager says, booking was not received by them or either they say that original aadhaar card is required. Even if everything is right from our end, still they dont agree to the price and offer pathetic rooms for the more price than agreed. In my case, they charged me an extra 300rs for AC, although my booking was for AC room only. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE with OYO or any other site with offer prices, and DO NOT PAY in advance. If you pay in advance you are gone, they wont accept the price or ask you to pay additional cost for AC or offer you a third class room with dirty AC and stupid fan.

The worst experience i ever had, not cleanness They provided room without cleaning and lots of dust on the bed , Hotel staff didn't even provide basics like soap , shampoo and towels even after asking twice I personally went to reception and collected my towel During booking it was mentioned like suit room, but actually it is not , it is just a normal room with worst facilities. Services are very poor, don't encourage these type of hotels in bookings.com
