Location was excellent, near to the airport and near to the city and my business meetings. welcome and offering the room before the standard check in time was also handled warmly. Keep the services in similar fashion.

No, all the offered services were as per expectations and there is no room for improvement. The property is located at a good place but need some painting externally lighted with good lights to give a grand look of the hotel.

breakfast was wonderful. very quick and prompt service. The tea in kullhar was a good touch for tea lovers. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful (wears spectacles, sorry couldn't remember the name). He even escorted us all the way to the 7th floor through stairs as we avoid using lifts. soft touches in the room were great like hand sanitizer wipes, extra towels, wonderful bathroom amenities,

Morning bakeries can be improved at the breakfast buffet. The coffee at the lounge was bad. the milk had curdled when we made coffee for ourselves. had to catch a server who was passing by to check the milk and then it took almost 20-25 min to get a cappuccino. Tv was not working, may be data connection or the remote had some issue.

Exceptional attitude of all staff especially front end and dining room

Lot of commotion outside the rooms at night after 10. It is understandable that there was a marriage reception on and lot of guests were booked in, but there shud have been someone limiting the noise atleast after 10 PM as the whole hotel was not booked for the Marriage party and there were other guests in the hotel.

Without doubt one of my favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Jaipur!! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff and supporting staff. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite, the restaurant very flexible and restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. we really had a great time. we were guided and hosted by Mr. VINOD, Mr. AKASH & Mr. UZAIF they all were such a warm personality and highly motivated and dedicated guide (highly recommendable). Note: This property is 4/5 star rated but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for the entire supporting staff who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!!

Everything was so perfect and well assembled that its hard to find or point out even a single mistake or fault.

Pool side was not cleaned and dust on sleeping beds and no plastic mattresses to lie down next to the pool. No Shampoo or shower gel in ladies spa showers. Service during break could improve.Masala tea took ages to come..Lot of improvement during break fast with staff also

Food service was the best. I loved the experience of swimming pool, gym, room service and overall stay. I had an amazing time there. Not to forget about the warm welcome received at Eatery by Riya who used to host us into the food area. We loved talking to her as she was very nice and sweet person to talk to. Food preparation was amazing with the chefs very well groomed, talented and prepared tasty food which cannot be forgotten.

Initially at the time of check-in, we were offered smoking room whereas we told about non-smoking room , so this service could have been better as we had to switch room again.

It was a really good stay and Akansha was really helpful by providing necessary needs .

The room in which we stayed 1st didnt have amenties and house keeping wasnt done right as there was no dental kit and other kits but they had provided it when we asked for it.But the 2nd room to which they shifted us was perfect.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. I had a wonderful experience at the four points by sheraton, Jaipur. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again (entire staff) for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Everything was perfect.

We liked the facilities and breakfast. Staff were very helpful, especially Akanksha Sharma, who efficiently handled the check-in.

The property appears to be slightly outdated and requires renovation. Foldable ironing board didn't unfold to a flat position.
