Beautiful property. The breakfast options were incredible. We also dined in the restaurant and ordered in room dining and the food did not disappoint at all! Good pool and excellent fitness centre - very well equipped for a hotel gym, loved it! We were also offered a different room in between our stay as our original room was close to the ballroom where there was a party - this was very considerate and I really appreciated the foresight from the staff in ensuring our comfort.

The hotel is new so there seem to be some teething issues. We thought the service was inconsistent when it was busy. The first morning we went for breakfast we were not attended to at all because it was very busy, however the other days when it was quieter the service was good. Similar with when we needed help with moving rooms and we had to follow up several times with the front desk to send someone to help. It’s also a very big hotel with lots of rooms so it’s understandable that it can get busy sometimes, but for what is expected from Hyatt, the service needs to be consistent.

Facility is beautiful (not heritage property although it looks like it). Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel welcome includes a complimentary drink and small gift. Traditional music and local activities in the courtyard are a nice touch. Rooms are good size and clean. Breakfast has a lot of variety, tasty and plentiful.

1. The property is at a fair distance from the tourist areas and can take a while if traffic is bad. 2. The property charged more than originally agreed and we were promised that the amount would be refunded by assistant manager Ms. Tejaswi (who assured us multiple times). Unfortunately as expected, once we departed there was no response despite emails and calls.

We stayed here for three nights. Superb staff - always helpful, with a wonderful demeanor. Large, modern room with a great bathroom but confusing light fixtures. The food and staff at the in-house restaurant Shrot was well above average, particularly the expansive breakfast buffet. Don't miss out on that. Will visit again.

For a modern hotel, accessibility was not up to the mark. No wheelchair ramp to the large and inviting central courtyard, no access to the spa area via lifts, and so on. That said, the staff members were always ready to help.

In all it was a memorable vacation. The property was mesmerizing, ambience was immaculate. Hospitality was over the top. Very polite and helpful staff and front desk personnel. Breakfast spread was sumptuous, and very thoughtfully culled. Evening high-tea along with activities in background of sitar recital was magical. Got an opportunity to fine dine at North Club both inside the restaurant and outside enjoying the beauty of the lit up property. The food menu was refreshing and unique. Throughly enjoyed the food and desert.

The area around the property is still coming up. And the property is a little farther off from the main city

The Hyatt at Jaipur was one of the coolest hotels, a palace transformed; The facilities were incredibly well kept and the staff were some of the most accommodating We've met. We witnessed thorough cleaning of the facilities taking place every night. The staff accommodated our every need, whether it be a late breakfast, a late check in or being served at one of their restaurants, someone was always at ear shot. The rooms were large (we stayed at a King Room), well looked after and house keeping was immaculate. If you're in Jaipur this would be the absolute best place to stay. The facilities are also great for photo shoots with their multiple courtyards, fountains and balconies. Just as an added token, the bathroom installations at the hotel were fantastic.

The pillows were a bit flat for my liking, internet was relatively slow (measured at 4 MB/s), some road noise crept into the room. The biggest complaint I would have is, there was no formal arrangement for a smoking area, rather a small corner at the hotel entrance; the available space was more than adequate to support a fantastic smoking area.

This property is very Royal! Made us feel like a kings family. I just couldn’t get enough of it. As for the architecture Each and every part was carefully thought for. It took them 11 years to build!! Dining experience was amazing as we dine local artists play great traditional musical tunes with their instruments. Rooms are great and spacious with spacious bathrooms. Lots of space to take a stroll around. 2swimming pools. Lots of mini fountains and birds drinking water from them. Majestic and simply magnificent property. Receptionist- Gaurav was very helpful with checking us in and showing us the different rooms & other areas around. Restaurant staff - Sunil, attended us very well for dinner & breakfast. Assisted us well with everything. Overall the staff were very nice friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant. Jaipur has won our hearts and Hyatt Regency our soul! We are definitely going to be back soon!

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Jaipur to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff was amazing, especially Yuvraj, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Yuvraj and Dhananjai’s exceptional service made my mother’s birthday truly special, including helping me book a dinner table to celebrate the occasion. The entire team was attentive, courteous, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Thank you, Yuvraj and team! We will definitely visit again.

All services from this hotel were excellent and at level of a 5 star hotel: food was superb in both restaurants, large and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good wellness, feeling of staying in a real Indian palace... Overall fantastic stay!

We stayed in the hotel during 'wedding season'; although generally very much fun and interesting to see, it's important to know that the wedding dominates the hotel atmosphere and that there constantly noise and music all around the hotel...

Staff were incredible and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible, from the unique welcome we received, to catering for individual food requests. The hotel itself was flawless in recreating a royal Rajasthani experience and had amazing food and activities for the guests. Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable.

Hotel not geared up for cold weather! Would be good to have heaters in the restaurants and the option for heat in the room's AC systems (only had cold air and we had to ask for a small heater to plug in). Otherwise, no complaints!

Hyatt Regency is a haven amidst the city .A driveaway from the city, but once at the hotel, we didn't feel like leaving. The hotel helped us with laundry that we needed within a short space of time. The high tea hosted by the hotel was very beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were of superior standard. The breakfast was outstanding.We had a problem with dining at a members only venue. However, the manager handled the complaint with professionalism and diligence. We felt that we were well compensated and handled with care and understanding. The staff are amazing. Treated like royalty.

If the pool was heated we would have loved to swim.
