Just loved our stay! We were given a smaller room initially but on request, and being a genius member with booking.com, were upgraded to a wonderful suite. The staff was very courteous, reception, restaurant, kitchen staff, housekeeping went out of their way to ensure comfort. The bell service and guards too were very helpful and polite. We had taken half board- the breakfast and dinner buffet had excellent variety and were delicious. Cars are easily parked outside the hotel premises. Please make it a must stay destination for the finest and most reasonable stay in Jaipur. The location is perfect too. Kudos Golden Tulip!

Great job done!

Amazing food. Special mention for the chef who went out of the way to please the guests with delicious food. My kids loved the meals which were non spicy and non oily but very delicious. Also the hotel staff were very sweet and attentive.

Some of the pictures are from Golden tulip which are not part of this hotel for example the hotel doesn't have swimming pool the picture is from there other property accross the road.

The staff was great, helpful, and friendly. I read some reviews claiming otherwise but didn't find any evidence of any lack of kindness. The room had an excellent pleasant design and was big and spacious. The lighting system was modern, activated by touch. The mattress was comfortable, and the same goes for the pillows. The room was clean and was prepared daily according to western standards. The room service is excellent. And all the food we ordered to eat in the room was delicious.

The hotel needs to improve its breakfast, which lacks options of international food. Also, the window view is to the garage area, but it's kind of a feature of the entire city (a typical big Indian city) The downsides were minor and weren't crucial enough to affect our grades.

F&B staff are extremely courteous, coupled with an amazing quality of food, across cuisines. They've a very high sense of hospitality.

Absolutely no hanger/rack to keep clothes in the bathroom. Most importantly, the refusal by the Front Desk on one evening to buy a bottle of medicine for us, saying that the staff is not allowed to go out of hotel, was extremely unfortunate. Adhering to such rules even in a medical emergency, is difficult to accept. Such apathy by a section spoils the entire reputation.

pros: - very comfy bed - spacious room - friendly staff (SUBASH and also our housekeeper) - make your bed during the day - flexible with checkout time

cons: - by a Main Street so can hear traffic and honks - we were on 4th floor so noise was reduced - cold water in the evenings (but hot in the mornings) - check out took some time so just factor that in if you have a train or flight to catch

rooms are good , staff is a bit slow to understand and slow to serve besides one lady who i think was the day manager Breakfast is very good huge selection

had dinner there on my arrival and to say the least it was mediocre at the best

the whole front desk team during the day night and morning all of them really helpful friendly and attentive! housekeeping also doing an exceptional job and same strength! room was big safe clean wifi was working perfectly and location is ideally central. I also asked to clean my laundry late and thry all went above and beyond to make it as fast as they can.

It was wonderful, room was neat and clean, superb and yummy breakfast and staff was very cooperative we ordered tawa chapati and they served, we ordered yellow Dal without garlic they served immediately.

Could not get a good view room.

all the front desk were so helpful. Sorry it too me a while to write so i forgot their name. The lady and gents that helped me hold my bag, receive delivery and send back but also get my laundry faster than normal as I was in hurry to go to Airport. All of you thank you for your kind help! Housekeeping is also amazing in terms of sending all I needed fast and cleaning the room.
