This hotel is a beautiful oasis tucked away behind a busy, dirty, ugly commercial street. Entrance archway marked only with tiny sign. Grounds and buildings are lovely. Room was spacious and well-equipped. Extensive and varied breakfast buffet could meet all dietary preferences. Also enjoyed dinners in dining room and outdoor patio, often with live music. All food and restaurant servers were excellent. Had a massage at the spa.

Need more prominent sign marking entrance, in English and Hindi, to help taxi and tuk-tuk drivers find it. Wish pool was heated so we could use it in February. It looked inviting but very cold.

Everything is enchanting - as soon as you enter the compound after the reception, and all the way to the room. The heritage details of the manor house were well preserved to the tiniest details. Room is massive with comfortable bed and linen, so much seating inside, and with huge bathroom. The dining hall is spectacular. Breakfast has limited selection but still good. Dining a la carte is great, with option for outdoor patio seating. Staff are very accommodating and always there to help.

Location is on a street typical of Jaipur chaos, but is not really a big deal. You will never imagine that such a gem of a place is hidden behind the walls alongside a row of small commercial buildings.

An outrageously beautiful building. When we walked in we were blown away! The reception staff were fantastic and very accomodating, especially when my husband got heat stroke and required some salts, reception were able to acquire these for us. Cocktails and food were delicious. Reception also sorted transfers for us so everything was really easy and smooth. The room was fantastic and spacious and included a TV which was showing a premier league game so husband was very happy! Staff were also able to accomodate my husbands nut allergy, which gave us peace of mind.

Comfy bed, big bathroom with an excellent shower. There are a lot of choices at the breakfast buffet. The hotel and and grounds are lovely. The rooms are very pretty with painted wall and ceiling decorations and fine furniture. Staff is professional and helpful. We enjoyed the lights and other special Diwali decorations when we were there in November. The pool was a little cool for me in winter but still nice to look at. The haveli was a welcome calm place to return to after a hectic day in the city.

The restaurant is beautiful and the candlelit outdoor tables are charming; however the lunch/dinner food could be better. They have dialed down the spice level to the point of blandness. There’s not much of interest to see in the immediate neighborhood but if you like to walk it’s not that far to downtown (also easy to find a taxi or auto).

Good location close to pink city and center. The garden is very nice to sit out to and enjoy a drink and a cofee. The atmosphere is good and it reminds you a a true mansion. Staff are kind and cater all your needs. Reception staff are very kind and helpfull.

Work should be done on cleaning the rooms better as we found an empty forgoten bottle on the room floor when we arrived and also the toilet paper was not changed showing that proper cleaning was not done and they where russed to go it. Details like this would make it better value for the money you are paying and also not give you a bad inmpression when you first arrive at the hotel.

We stayed three nights in Alsisar Haveli in December and enjoyed our stay a lot. The building is wonderful, the rooms are a delightful combination character and also modern amenities and comforts. There were plenty of options for breakfast both western and Indian. The kitchen was very good. Because we arrived late, on various days, we had three dinners at the hotel, and tried many dishes, including traditional foods and some creative tapas style Indian street foods. All were most satisfying. Moreover, the staff at the restaurant was very attentive. The hotel helped us book cars to take us to and from the airport and also for sightseeing. It went very smoothly.

The hotel is located in a very crowded area, So, walking in the midst of traffic is not an attractive option. At the same time though, because the building is set away from the road, none of the traffic noise disturbed our sleep. I've experiences far worse street noise in other cities. So, given the location, the hotel has done a great job of making it a peaceful oasis in the middle of Jaipur.

Entering the gate from the bustling chaotic streets each day to the hidden gem of this heritage hotel for a cool and relaxing swim was always a delight and a chance for some calmness. A pure sanctuary with its expansive gardens, rooftop terrace and opulent heritage decor of rooms, restaurant and areas to sit for a quiet tea. No problems with Wi-Fi, we didn't book this hotel for its Wi-Fi but for the experience of staying in a tastefully decorated heritage hotel with history. Our room was opulently decorated within keeping of the grandness of the haveli's style with a 4-posted bed and a couch. Loved that our room's bathroom had a sneaky view across rooftops to Nahargarh Fort. The expansive level 2 terrace gave me a quiet spot for yoga each morning. Staff were prompt to attend most of our requests. The waiting staff for breakfast were attentive and friendly.

Would of liked a small fridge to keep our water cold.

The property itself is stunning, they have a great bar and a lovely pool area. Everything was clean and the staff were eager to help.

Our room's bathroom needs an upgrade, after every shower there was a puddle of water leaking from under the tub itself. The restaurant was inconsistent with its food quality, and there were some miscommunication instances during the breakfast. I.e. when asked about vegan options (of which I had been assured beforehand), I got an answer that they do not serve bacon, but I could have eggs.

Everything was perfect - room, atmosphere, food, staff. It feels like you are in an oasis. Room is super big and beautiful. They also have someone who plays an instrument almost all day and that sets the atmosphere perfectly for dinner or when you want to stay at the pool. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of options and the also make fresh eggs and waffles.

Food at the restaurant is good can be a bit expensive. It is ok if the reason why you eat here is that you want a chill evening, maybe go first to the pool, but compared with other restaurants in India, quality - price is not amazing.

A veritable oasis at an unassuming location (and very close to the old town, but not so Much to its central attractions). The place is amazing, with a great and clean pool. Service is good and pro.

Although the old style rooms are nice and atmospheric, the bathrooms were a bit rundown, even with the nasty presence of lots of little fruit flies. Wifi signal at the 2nd floor was poor.
