I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience deserves an exception. Here’s an honest account from a family of nine. We booked five rooms for a three-night stay at this hotel. Since we arrived around midnight, we didn't fully appreciate its beauty until the following day. Umar was in constant communication with us, making sure we had everything we needed upon our arrival. The next day, everyone in our group was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. It was spotlessly clean and the decor of the rooms was perfectly intricate and tastefully arranged, with each detail thoughtfully chosen to create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. From the elegant furnishings to the carefully selected artwork, every element contributed to a sense of sophistication and comfort. Rich colors and textures complemented one another, while subtle accents added a touch of uniqueness, making each space feel both luxurious and personal. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was a real treat—delicious and satisfying—with attentive waitstaff ready to meet any request. On our final evening, we dined at the hotel, and it was undoubtedly the best meal we had in Jaipur. Our only regret was not dining there every night! This hotel truly is a hidden gem in Jaipur. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone and we will definitely return.

Nice looking property in a great location. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the pool and dining area were lovely. Some ok eating options in the same street. Property is clean and nice view from the rooftop.

Food options were pretty basic at the hotel. Some more varied options would be good. Strangely, the rooms have a main power switch on the outside and staff kept turning our power off during the day, I assume to conserve power?? We needed to keep the fridge on to store medication so we had to tape a sign to the switch telling them not to turn off.

1. The hotel’s location. It was a calm oasis in a city where there is a constant roar of traffic and beeping of horns. This hotel was slightly set back from this, offering peace, safety crossing roads and a generally more safe feeling environment. There are a couple of other hotels and restaurants surrounding it, offering great food and a relaxing drink. 2. The staff were helpful, courteous and professional at all times. The hotel has a very ‘family run’ feel to it, which made you feel part of it and included. They also offered cookery demonstrations, Bhangra dancing and even yoga on some days. 3. It was all very clean, with a hot shower. The roof garden was lovely, we watched the kite flying contests from all the different rooftops. The kitchen staff offered food and drinks up there, which was all a great ending to our stay in Jaipur.

I was more than satisfied. Sometimes there was music from a neighbouring hotel, but I quite enjoyed this - it was better than traffic noise in other hotels we stayed at.

The breakfast was very good and diverse. We had dinner at the hotel twice and found the food very tasty and good without being overly spiced/hot. The staff was very kind and helpful to organize taxis and sightseeing. It was great to relax in the swimming pool after a walk in the very busy Jaipur centre.

While helpful with the sightseeing they were not very helpful in clarifying how much time it would take to do the sightseeing (we visited the City Palace and the Amber/Amer Fort). The Fort is huge and typically requires 2 hours to visit, without counting the time to go there with traffic and the time spent at the City Palace and time for lunch. Thus instead of the four hours suggested by the hotel it took us significantly more time and we had to pay an additional fee that had never been mentioned. In a few words, this is not a serious issue, and partly our mistake. The rooms do not have a fridge. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, which means that you will likely need transport to get there and back.

The ambience was beautiful. Warmth and initiate , as a home. Centrally located from heritage sites ( Pink City) Easy access to Meena Bazaar , traditional restaurants and also fusion restaurants.

We took a deluxe suite with double bed + 1 single bed. Room was spacious. The single bed, could be improved with its bedding and quality. It was creaking and shaky. Amenities could be improved. We carried our own toiletries, however hotel could provide for disposable tooth brush and paste. Shower head needs cleaning, and re-adjust the pressure. Water was trickling and leaking. Suggestion: Keep spare bin bags in the room.As I travelled with a baby, soiled diaper needed to be disposed. However staff was long enough to collect it everyday. Fridge could be stocked with soft drinks and juices. Can be charged on vacating the room.

Comfortable, hotel in a quiet location - away from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. Serene garden and verandahs overlooking the pool great for relaxing in. Breakfast was not included but the menu picks were reasonably priced - I did not think the buffet was worth the money though. The reception organised a car for us for a day tour and a trip to Agra which was very convenient though perhaps shop around for competitive pricing just to be sure. Would recommend this hotel just for the peace and quiet!

Would be better if the shower was fixed in our room as the water sprayed everywhere and the bathroom was very wet. Hot water takes a long time to flow but was good in the end.

Staff was super helpful from the moment we arrived, through mealtimes and until our quick & smooth checkout. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to store our luggage. The common space is fantastic, though we couldn't unfortunately make use of the beautiful pool as it wasn't the season.

The room was rather cold (we traveled in January). You had to wait a long time for warm water, which does however seem like it's fairly common.

Quite a small Heritage hotel.well placed along a quiet side road , but easy access to all the sights. All the staff were extremely helpful, our room was very nice and quite comfortable, with a good bathroom, the room is quite basic but this did not detract from the pleasure of our stay.The food was excellent, and you eat in the small courtyard by the pool.We had dinner here two nights instead of going out as it was so good.Excellent breakfast as well.Large sun terrace on the roof which was nice late afternoon.

Beautiful haven within the mad streets of Jaipur. We had a very comfortable room with plenty of space. Breakfast was tasty and there was lots of choice of food. We were collected from the train station, and the driver was a real gentleman who we called upon for other trips around the city and beyond. A stone's throw away, there are plenty of places to eat in the evening.

Wi-Fi was a bit patchy but not the end of the world...

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, always checking everything was ok, ensuring we had everything we needed and also helpfully organising a driver to take us out for the day. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, the whole hotel was decorated really well. The food was good and reasonably priced, and nothing was too much for the kitchen staff. There are two nice restaurant/bars extremely close to the hotel so this made up for the distance to the main attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Jaipur.

The location was the only down side, however it wasn’t much of an issue as to get to the Old City it was around 100-150 rupees (£1-£1.50).
