Decoration , I walk around hotel it's very beautiful, and next they I go to Umaid Bhawan Palace the Decoration was very similar. the size of Room is awesome and my room is 101. I can see pool view form my room. furniture make me feel that I'm in the Palace , Like I'm princess. If I travel to Jaipur Again I will stay at this place for sure.

There is no Waterproof stopper in Bathtub , So I cannot use it.. But it's too late at night That's why I don't call staff. and the Location is dead end so it's only one way to go out for sightseeing Jaipur

We spent 23 to 27 Dec in the Royal Suite. Its huge and just like the hotel; very well decorated. Restaurant on roof is excellent. Food is good and service exceptional. The whole hotel is very elegantly decorated. Which was a welcome relief from the noise and chaos of Old Jaipur.

Location. You can't walk anywhere, need a rickshaw. And really noisy at night due to a pack of dogs barking EVERY SINGLE NIGHT-MIDDLE OF NIGHT. Being ear plugs.

This is a beautiful hotel, externally and inside. Charming decoration and furniture. The staff are very willing to assist at all times. Breakfast options good, as is the food served at the restaurant and as room service. The chicken tikka from the tandoor was excellent. The pool is very enticing. Only the cold weather kept me out. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night for sleeping and close to the train station.

Unfortunately the shower was disappointing with hot water taking many minutes to flow at low pressure, but ultimately usable. Reception were quite inflexible requesting a late check-out, citing that the hotel was fully booked. It is fine to refuse the late check-out, but I had checked vacancy before requesting and there were many rooms available......

This is an amazing traditional Indian hotel, clean, well maintained and supported by exceptional staff. The location is central but in a quiet side street that allows you to enjoy the local culture. The rooms were styled in a traditional Rajasthan theme, great atmosphere and everything was clean, comfortable and functional. There were fresh bedding and towels every day and the breakfast was fantastic, a mix of local and international food. We were so impressed by the quality of the food we ate in the hotel restaurant every evening, the staff were attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The high point was the range of food available, we sampled the majority of tandoori dishes and were not disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel enough,it is not a slick western chain hotel. If you wanted an authentic Indian experience, this is the place to stay.

Nothing.

The hotel is beautiful and very picturesque. It has many places to sit and relax on the multiple roof sections of the hotel. We enjoyed looking across Jaipur from the rooftop bar. Our door was locked by a padlock but there was only one key. This meant you had to hand your sole key to reception to get your roomed cleaned. The hotel staff, especially at the bar, are fantastic. They are considerate and thoughtful and great fun to chat to.

The pool is a nice addition and we sat there for a few hours on our first day. However, we opted not to swim in the pool as it was ridden with dead flies. It could do with more regular maintenance as it is not staffed at all. You also cannot order or bring drinks to the pool area which is a bit disappointing.

The rooftop is excellent! Ambience, candlelit and table clothed tables, a tandoor, dancers… and excellent food quality and service. Breakfast options included a live dosa and egg station. Indoor and terrace eating options. The pool was unused by most guests due to the cool air but a pleasant place with some loungers and part sun. The massage service is great; complimentary transport 5-6 minutes away and a good technique with value for money for Europeans. We changed cash easily for smaller notes etc. The WiFi varied in strength at times but was sufficient. There is complimentary juice in the foyer area. Staff were regularly cleaning central areas of dust etc and took great care of their shrines on site. The decor is lovely with a few ragged edges of restoration needs. There is a lift, the restaurant is on the 4 th floor. Higher Rooms gain more light. Most have small sit out balconies. The hotel is in a quiet residential area about 15 minutes drive from central sites such as the Hawa Mahal. We watched the monkeys running the rooftops and walls. Thank you for the extra duvets needed due to sickness from a previous hotel and coolness of air. The air conditioning acted as a heater. Water supplies were generous. We slept well, We would certainly stay again! Try the banana fritters!

The water often too a long time to run warm in the shower. Even better if hair conditioner was supplied.

Truly amazing hotel, looks beautiful and is clean. Loved the pool. We even had a bathtub. The plug was missing but was brought to us as soon as we asked for it. Great breakfast on the rooftop.

Our room was literally five steps from the reception and we only had small suitcases. The staff wanted to take them to the room, which we respectfully declined since it was such a small distance, but still followed us into the room to turn on the lights and stood around as if they wanted to get a tip. This left us feeling quite uncomfortable.

This hotel was excellent, from requesting a twin room and arranging for the pick up from the train station (often included with room rates) to the very end when I was checking out. I stayed in a twin room with my friend, with ample lighting, comfortable beds, and an area to get ready. Hot water was always available, and the water pressure was great, too. During our stay, they had a small arrangement for live entertainment by local performers on the rooftop where their dining area is, and we had a good time. The food is excellent. We did not eat anywhere else. The staff were very nice. I would recommend it!

We loved everything about the hotel. It would be nice to have USB or universal plug points/outlets.

Lovely gardens, idyllic courtyards, exquisitely-decorated rooms, clean environs, friendly staff, divinely-pure, refreshing swimming pool.

Older electrical circuitry and plumbing led to unnecessary waste of water waiting for it to get hot. We couldn’t do a simple thing like charge a phone at night using just one outlet without requiring that a couple lights stay on. While the hotel “promotes” water conservation as any responsible business should, its guests end up contributing to excessive water consumption and water wastage. Likewise, with energy conservation.

The hotel was okay. Rooftop restaurant where we had the breakfast was pretty nice. The staff were helpful. Overall the stay was comfortable.

Initially we were provided a room which was very small in size (claustrophobic) and definitely not like the one showed in the pictures while booking. After discussion with the reception staff on the following day they changed our room to a bigger one. The rooms in the pictures look much more beautiful and in reality they don't match up. The location of the hotel is at a dead-end and there are several cars/taxis parked all around; the arrivals and departures is congested with vehicles. One evening our Uber had to wait for 15 minutes to turn the car around as there were several arrivals and the road was pretty clogged with cars.
