Overall the stay was very nice. Exceptional I would say. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city. Also the locality area is nice. About the hotel I would say the interior of the hotel, restaurant and room is very nice. Has positive vibes. The food at the restaurant is also good but I personally felt it's bit costly. The staff is also very nice and supportive. Had stayed for 5 days, but hadn't faced any issues with hotel staff regarding anything. I would strongly suggest this property and also will book this property in future if I am traveling to Jaipur.

I had only one problem regarding check out. I would not say the problem but I wish the hotel management should give some liberty to the customer who has stayed for a long duration. At the time of check in I had checked in at 8:30 pm so at the time of checking out I requested to extend my check out time from 12 pm to around 4 pm, according to me which can be compensated with my late check in. But the manager told me that for extending my check out for 4 hours it will cost me around 1700rs, which was too costly. I need the hotel management to kindly look into this so that in future if someone is having the same situation as mine that can be compensated and it will add more value to the property and it's hospitality.

We liked everything of the hotel including the ambience, and the sumptuous food. It was indeed a clean and well maintained property.

Car rental service provided by hotel is not budget friendly.

Everything. At the reception Mr. Vicky was exceptionally polite and humble. He arranged a cab for sight seeing. Cab driver Montu was excellent... Cheerful and most imp thing is his smooth driving which actually enhanced the experience of sight seeing

Spacious room with nice and complete set of furniture but a bit worn out. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Very nice food room service but breakfast was focused on Indian guests, good quality. Overall recommended.

Milestone 251 has raised the bar of our expectations. Keeping room tariff in mind, facilities were beyond expectations. I don’t have a single reason to dislike this property. Room’s cleanliness, inner and outer decor, sanitisation of your shoes, hands and bags at the welcome door, the complementary breakfast was just WOW. We had unlimited food and of best quality with varied options. The owner seems to have a big heart in serving his guests so graciously. The rooms are of BIG size and bedding is so comfy. Bathrooms are so clean and there’s bath tub available too. You would also have a mini refrigerator and a safe. The ambience and neatness of the hotel overall has left a great impression on all of us and made our stay a memorable one. Thank you. I regret to plan just one day in Jaipur. Had I known the hotel was too good I would’ve extended my stay to another one day just to enjoy our hotel stay. I would fully recommend this property to you.

I really liked the Hotel location, Staff was very cooperative, and helpful. Rooms were clean, hygiene and safe. Quality of food is really good. Overall had a good experience.

I won't say i didn't like it, but yes they need to add more options to the breakfast menu.... Quality of food is really good but options were very less.

Only the small issue we faced that was bed as we booked double bed but bed was twin bed :) but that was fine for us.

Room was clean. The staff was friendly and cooperative. My three days stay at the property was comfortable. Would love to come again.

One day I had ordered Rajasthani thali. But I didn't like the missi roti. Otherwise everything else was good.

It is excellent place for couple and they are very friendly and the quality of stay is awesome.
