Breakfast was excellent…the staff for room service was courteous and prompt…I had a big problem with the air conditioning during the night, the AC was put on cutoff mode, so it stop working after 10-15 minutes…anyway I complained & the problem was resolved,but, we had a sleepless night after a very hectic day…would like to make a special mention of Ms. Bina working during the breakfast, she was really helpful, also Mr. Neeraj, the chauffeur,was also very helpful.

AC & the consistency of the dinner we ordered, the first time is was delicious, but, second time it was the opposite…we had ordered Chicken Tikka Masala

Central location. Warm welcome .Every member of staff is so nice, kind and helpful. Vishal at the front desk took care of all our needs and was very supportive. Santosh of house keeping was not only smiling but gave us whatever we needed for the room. Her assistant Devender took care of us happily. We had a 2 night stay but if we had time could have stayed more. Excellent food in the restaurant prepared by Sandeep Kumar, Sous chef. He passed personally to meet the guests to take feedup. A thorough gentleman. Kudos to all these dedicated people, who tske so much pain to take care of the guests.

Frankly speaking we did not find anything negative.

Staff is great, rooms are clean, location is perfect. Food is great. Except for the air conditioning.

Guests need to be prepared for the air conditioning to be set at 25.5 degrees. It was really warm & we couldn’t sleep. I had to complain a couple of times to get the technician to come & remove the temperature setting. We were staying in the suite, but, I had to threaten to check out, only then my issue was resolved.

Overall, the level of comfort was good. We were satisfied with our choices.

First of all, the hotel should update their location address in booking.com. in Google Map, it's correct. However, via this app, it brings to different place. So... we were lost and searching for the way after arrival. Also the towels in our room were worned out. All was clean but...old...

The Breakfast spread was lavish and the staff was ever ready and keen to prepare additional items of our choice in the kitchen that were not the part of the buffet.

There were occasional bouts of pungent smell on the 4th floor corridor as soon as you come out of the lift. However, the rooms smell fresh and welcoming. We had 3 rooms on the 4th floor and they were all good. no problem at all.

The ambience and the restaurant was very nice. The rooms were very clean. Well Maintained, the people were very cordial and welcoming.

On the last day there was a bit of rush in the restaurant and so the staff was limited and they were not able to handle the orders during the breakfast. I would not like to blame the staff, however on weekends may be they need extra staff to cater the guest.

Rooms are decently sized, cleanliness was perfect. We tried Italian, Chinese and Indian food here- and they all tasted great! They helped us with early check in and late check out at very reasonable additional charges.

Maybe the central lobby/reception could be better. The toilets there were not very well maintained.

It is located on a OK street off the main road - not far from railway station / bus stand / commercial area. Rooms are clean, spacious & well maintained. Breakfast was nice too - staff was courteous.

Hotel is good - the street on which it is located is perhaps not an upmarket one.

Great location. Good staff, especially the restaurant team. Wonderful to meet hearing impaired but super efficient restaurant staff.

Room service forgot simple request for cutlery. Got wrong cutlery even after reminder. Don't seem to write down instructions & appear only to rely on memory. Nevertheless, polite & courteous.

Great location, very close to Jhansi railway station and city. Additionally the roof deck with pool is fabulous for someone to enjoy.
