Beautiful property, good location in midddle of greenery and a village nearby.. perfect for all age groups, good food, fast service. Was expecting insects but nothing that bothered us. Basketball, table tennis and many other things to do for kids, live singing program was great too.

Confusion about in room food service can be improved.

We visited the Jungle Lodge for 1 day with Family. We had booked premium cottage.The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from our room was spectacular (mountains) we sat in out balcony absorbing this view. Food was really nice. We had Dinner and Breakfast here and we had no complaints for the food, they even made dishes like Pasta and Paratha with minimum spices as per liking of our kids. The staff was nice and courteous. Check in and Check out process was smooth.

The whole stay was quite comfortable. If anything I would say they can improve is the free WiFi. They currently provide the WiFi coupon, which stop working after sometime and then login back is a problem..you need to ask for new coupons. But anyways that was the only thing we could point to improve on

Excellent staff, location and amenities. Full paisa vasool trip. one hour journey from panchkula which makes it easily accessible for one night stay.. weather was awesome and live music was the cherry on the cake. We are planning avladies trip soon next month.. that impressed !!! A must visit resort.. with pool villas that are even over the top in luxury.

There was nothing not to like about the resort.. but if something needs to be mentioned.. then maybe they can have live music every night rather than only on Saturday night.

Dinner was ok type, in b’fast salt was a bit high in sambhar and chana. The staff was so very cooperative. Highly appreciate the guy’s who drove my car till the hotel from Dharampur market, the guy who escorted us to room during heavy rains.. staff was awesome

Check in time is late by 2 hours as compared to other hotels in the industry.

Property is good and located at very peaceful place. you can enjoy the nature.

Booking.com charged too much for the Property, which in actual (if direct booking) is not so expensive. it was shown at the booking time that property is sold out and only one room is left. wherein when I reached, I found that there was only 1 family addition to us. just by creating such a Hype by booking.com and changing such a huge amount is very bad

The property is quite good, rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Food quality was good. Sports area was nicely integrated in this property.

Location of this property is not very good. Sports equipment were either missing or broken. Food price is slightly on a higher side.

Breakfast is pretty good and everything is available. I like tge kids area for my kids and also the indoor sports area with carom, pool and table tennis provided.

The shower for the bath rooms of the family suite were not working properly 301 room. Kitchen should also have a microwave to. And the ac for heating was not working but the kind staff member provided a blower for keeping the room warm enough for comfort.

A Place much better than Kasauli, a place must to be must visited! A place with built in the heart of Jungle with Luxury Cottages, Villas and Suites! Well Trained and Courteous Staff! Sumptuous Food! Quick Service, and they have almost everything available! From Kids to adults! Play area for kids! A great place to relax in the lap of Nature! And the extra thing is Saturday Live Band Evening! Do not miss that! Simply loved it! Would like to visit again! Just a piece of suggestion for the Team, to include medical facility available in case of emergency! Though at extra premium charges

Completely serene and premium facilities. The services were prompt and very effective. Very timely services to all sorts of request made to the concierge. Spacious rooms and very heigenic set up. 24x7 supply of electricity and wifi. The food services are superlative. Very delicious food. Specially butter chicken and Rogan Josh. Buffet spreads were good in the bfast. Room service for food were also very prompt We celebrated my husband's bday with the help of best arrangements with room decorations with balloons, cake arrangements, barbecue, music. The live band is outstanding. Made us to dance till the last song. The band is quality music, accoustics, best singers, they were so good in jamming. Manoj was our manager. He was very polite and courteous. He ensured all his team members are taking care of our requirements. He ensured we reached safely and was coordinating with us a day prior to our stay. He sent us navigation and guided us easy travel to reach the resort. He arranged all our requirements for bday celebration in less than an hour! Vishnu and all other staff members were very prompt, polite and professional. The entire facility is worth exploring, the lounge, indoor play area with well maintained pool and Table Tennis resturant, play zone for kids, outdoor play area for cricket, basketball, badminton were very spacious. The best of all was BYOB(bring your booze).
