The rooms are big and comfortable. The balcony in the room was awesome. The food was tasty. Spa was refreshing and the valet Services are awesome. The restaurants are good with great ambience but the service in the roof top restaurant was not upto mark.

The roof top restaurant Services are poor. The room service was also very poor where it took 45 mins for just bringing a bottle opener. The prices in the restaurant seems to be quite high compared to the service quality and the quantity of food served.

Good staff and location.

The fact that they forced us to pay the entire amount upfront ~ 7 days before actual arrival even though on the website of booking.com it was clearly mentioned that prior payment is not required and you can cancel upto 24 hours of arrival. We were denied this stated policy which was a big breach of trust.

Everything excellent. Small regret. Reaching to the parking from Road is really a uphill task and very difficult to manuver the steering. Hotel must take steps to do some solution. If you are little less attentive you may damage the car or the property or passer by. This is a serious concern the hotel should look into totality in visitors interest.

The location is excellent, and stay would have been more beautiful if there had been a play area or an activity room for the child

I loved the ambience, coziness of the property.

I didn’t like the pricing of the menu, it was way too exorbitant. Selling a plain chapati for ₹ 115/- GST extra is out of this world and not competitive to Kausali.

Payment arrival time not good

Payment not in arrival time. . Own vehicle should we wash or clean. ( by staff. If paid no issue).

Location and property is amazing. Breakfast and food was great. Had a great time over there.

Tv in the room was very outdated.

Location, i have been visiting kasauli regularly since 32 years now. This hotel has best location in kasauli specially if you can get a room on the top floor. All rooms have balcony and view of valley & mountains. From main road its a steep ride up to the hotel. And rooms are further up from the reception. We were above clouds sitting at the balcony of our room.

Food was ok but very costly according to the standard of the hotel. Cleaniness not up to the mark. Walls needed paint from many places. My shower drain was half clogged. Hotel needed maintainance over all.

Food was awesome and so is the location and very courteous staff…. Reception and housekeeping were always available for any kind of help needed… keep up the good work…. 😊
