Great experience because we got an upgraded room. The breakfast and dinner buffet are very good. The a la carte menu even better. We gained some kilos… We stayed 8 nights and the wonderful staff did everything to make us feel home … like if we were a king and queen living in a palace :) We even got the swimming pool for ourselves and could enjoy the peaceful sound of the birds in the garden. Really a relaxing place. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

The amenities and facilities are good. rooms are clean. swimming pool is big. they have a bar from where u can buy drinks and have it by the pool.

Swimming pool timing is till 6pm that is something which needs to changed. Every resort pool timing is till 8pm, standard. The check in time is 2pm check out time is 10am. This is also something which should be considered. can’t have 4hrs block window. The staff needs to be more courteous and learn to handle customers with positivity. Most of the staffs are like saying no to everything u are requesting. The breakfast was not at all good. many of the food were uncooked. They have lots of variety but most of them are not cooked properly. better to have less variety and keep it well cooked and tasty.

The behaviour of the Staffs are outstanding friendly. Specially Mr Joy was an excellent personality. Similarly The master chef was another person to mention. Overall all the members of the hotel welcomed my family with highest possible hospitality. However the distance is far from New market and there are rooms which need definite renovation.

I liked the food. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I liked the space and the ability to take a walk. Staff were very polite and courteous at all times. Also portion size of food was very generous.

It is difficult to get a cab or uber. If the hotel had a driver or a car it would be great.

Reaching hotel and inside, was good

The approach to the hotel looked like I had checked into a bomb site. The 2 preceding buildings were in various stages of decay/renovation. Very disconcerting.

Everything was great the food, ambience and staff and service but it was at quite a distance from the airport and my work spot so I found that inconvenient…. If it was a family vacation I’d definitely pick this hotel

The location was great. Amenities were satisfactory.

The room service was atrocious. We had to ask thrice for water bottles in the span of 2 hours. Service was very slow. The staff were only deployed around the dining halls so assistance wasn't available in other parts of the hotel.

The staff response to each and every single opinion I ordered a surprise at midnight for my husband.i gave the message to be written, the menu .the way they presented it at midnight.wow. extraordinary Noone could have put it together better than they did

The property is a bit old - so it isn’t shiny clean. There isn’t much to do in the evening - so travel in group and keep yourselves busy.
