Friendly and warm Hospitality. Staff members polite and professional did not bother provided extremely homely and family like hospitality. Exceeded my expectations overall. Staff members follow instructions carefully and cautiously. Awesome responsibility about privacy and security as a solo lady guest I'm impressed. However talent visualization and proper delegation is required which if implemented would exceed the excellence any 5 stars or even 7 stars I have stayed and experienced both in abroad and India. The staff of this hotel are just amazing. Everyone is very helpful and service is very quick and prompt. The best part is the food, they have a restaurant downstairs and the food omg is just delicious! try their chicken singaporean fried rice and chhole bhatore.

The only con about the property is the maintenance. our room didn’t have a window or fan so the room kindof smelled damp and wierd. Sheets & towels weren’t looking quite fresh

The staff were very friendly and dealt with my three year old grandson very well.

Whilst the food was good, service in the restaurant was a bit slow.

I am very thankful to Mr Imran and his effort to search my card and found it back. Credit Goes To - Mr Imran Sales GM & His Entire Team Member.

Room service too good. Location is also very nice. Receptionist girl, she is very genuine and she will make sure, when u call reception for service, it will get to u asap. Bathroom was very clean. When I visit Kolkata again, i will again stay at this property. Overall awesome experience.

Very nice clean place, cheap and easy to get taxis . Very clean hotel attached special dietary requirements seen too. Nice friendly staff who are keen to please. Stayed at a few other places but this was a unique place with no cockroaches seen anywhere!

Wee bit noisy outside due to traffic but at busy times only. Very quiet between 10-10 and walking distance to many shopping areas ,malls etc. Uber cabs easy to call and travel around than others who may fleece you.

The room was clean, odourless, excellent air conditioning the bathroom was clean hot and cold water showers toilets were clean. Bed was comfortable and clean.

The toilet on the ground floor is not Senior friendly. It is dangerous as the steps were to deep

I have been visiting Kolkata for work and I chanced upon this property and since then have opted for this Hotel as against bigger establishments.Their USP is their personalised service.They make sincere efforts to make you feel at home. Given their small size and price range it would be wrong to expect a moon from them but then they do a fairly good job. The Hotel facilities are basic but acceptable.The restaurant food is good and affordable.They will not burn a hole in your front staff and room service is efficient and polite.Yes the house keeping can do better.
