Close to Park Street and Quest Mall. Reasonably clean. Helpful staff. All the essentials as promised: hot water, wifi, AC.

The room was smaller than portrayed on the pic (or different furniture arrangement ate up the space). The hot water tank is tiny, so if you want to shower from the shower-head and not the bucket, you get 1.5 minutes of hot water at the most (closer to 1 minute, literally). The linens were old (with holes) and not very clean (smudges of lipstick, some sort of dirt…). Mosquitoes (or some other type of insect) are an issue.

I am a foreigner (from Italy 🇮🇹 ). Clean bedroom and toilet. Clean bedsheets and towels. After a few days we’ve asked for the room and toilet to be cleaned and for the bedsheets and towels to be changed and the staff did everything. There are both the fan and the AC. The hot water works. The staff is very helpful. There is a mall very close to the hotel. By uber you reach the city centre easily. It is not a dangerous neighbourhood during the day and neither at night. All the people from the closeby shops are very nice.

The breakfast is not buffet. Limited options. You get one dish and one drink. My boyfriend is Indian and the receptions (that could speak good English) would speak only in Bengali, not addressing me.

The location was fantastic. Less than one minute walk to Quest Mall. Room and washroom were so clean. Washroom fittings were really good! Staffs were very helpful. And I must say, the Owner and Manager are very friendly and amazing human beings.

Good location and loved the constant WiFi for all my work needs. Also liked that the owners/ managers would smile at you whenever you passed the lobby.

The breakfast could do some work.. the toiletries could be checked more often and maybe add a kettle to the room? Minor things that would make this place even better to stay for my next visit.

Cleanest...... cheapest..... the staff is very helpful..... they made our stay memorable......... nestled in posh south kolkata.... it is nearest to every place..... easy reach with auto or taxi...... overall, we had an awesome experience....... Thank you, team Hotel Quest........

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean. The location is close to main tourist attractions.

There was no daylight in the room and the space was really small. Also the location is in good distance from attractions but it should be mentioned it is a small lane that for a female solo traveller is important.

Cleanliness & very friendly staff. Felt like home. Mr. Aman is a nice person.

Breakfast system is very clumsy. They have written breakfast would be provided by 8am however they never even call to know abt the guests choice of breakfast before 8ঃ30 am. So before 9 none should even think abt getting breakfast. The luchi given is so oily & cold.

The facilities and room are very nice as well and very clean. the employees made sure to make us feel comfortable. It would be great if they had even more packages to try because the service is very good.

Really liked the accessibility and location. The room and beds were clean. Overall decent for a single night. Breakfast was also good.

However room was on the smaller side. Just enough to sleep but difficult to walk around. Not enough ventilation. Had to switch on the AC.

One of the fastest internet speeds I've had in the last 40 stays. It was over 200mb for most of the time and had no outages. Upload speed was also rapid. Quest mall is very close, you can see it from the glass elevator. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were friendly. The bed was memory foam, pretty comfortable.

The room was actually pretty dusty upon arrival but we arrived after midnight so I didn't want to deal with changing rooms or anything. It's next door to the communist party of India's office. Lots of communist symbols spray painted everywhere.
