Beautiful hotel by the beach with lovely pool area and spectacular gardens. Rooms are of a good size bed comfortable and well stocked tea coffee water etc. The housekeeping staff are fantastic my room was cleaned daily to a high standard and toiletries towels etc renewed.whilst the rooms are dated they are comfortable and clean. Restaurant staff were also excellent and very helpful, the range of food was good with something for everyone. The outdoor spaces are very well maintained by very hardworking staff and there are lots if birds and tree squirrels which are very cute. I do not usually use spa for massage but following recommendation Selvi provided a very professional service which helped my lower back pain. This hotel is good for couples families and solo travellers.

Would have liked bigger cups in both room and restaurant.

We booked this hotel because we had good experience in other Abad hotels. Via Booking.com we didn’t receive answers or our questions. On arrival we saw the hotel was in another neighbourhood than expected. It is a local beach and the number of restaurants is limited. After visiting the lighthouse beach we were happy that we didn’t have a hotel at the lighthouse beach because of all the people who want you in their shop, restaurant or tuk tuk. We remarked more and more how we liked our cottage, the swimming pool, the open guests and all the very kind personnel. Especially the people in the restaurant. We also want to mention our very kind and good English speaking tuk tuk driver Midhun. He is very reliable and kind. Certainly let him show you around in Trivandrum, Kovalam and Poovar. He is so kind that we even chose him to drive us to the Trivandrum airport.

Near the hotel there are 2 churches. In the morning and the afternoon is a lot of singing. It didn’t bother us too much although sleeping late is a bit difficult.

I would strongly nt recommend their spa ...the therapist were rude and it's unclean..they misbehaved with us ...they are inexperienced and it's utter waste of money so pls dnt use their spa facility at all ....hotel is good bt stay away frm spa ...zero rating fr tht

Excellent hotel in a beautiful place. The territory is small, cozy and well maintained. Clean pool. Good service and management. The room has everything you need. The road to the sea takes 10-15 minutes. Very tasty food in the hotel restaurant. Thank you all for my unforgettable stay in this wonderful place.

The best bit is the pool, and the garden space with plenty of trees. Our room was adequate, very dated furnishings. Hot water good shower. Linen all OK. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was OK but the 2nd morning choices were more limited. We visited other guests in the cottages and they seemed better than the rooms. Nice atmosphere. Beach not far away and right hand side was clean! Left side is for fishermen !

On balance all was good. Nothing other than the resort nearby.

Resort is in a very green environment. Nice place to relax. Swimming pool is very nice for family and kids. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff are very polite. Spa service is good. Beach is walkable distance in 10 minutes. The location of resort is the only drawback as private vehicle is always required to reach the resort.

Property was clean and pool very nice and restaurant and food was delicious but bit over price the service and staff are very helpful and polite I recommend for family stay over all very good experience thanks to every one who made our stay a memorable one 🙏

The rooms are very specious

Firstly, the staff was too much supportive, whenever you have any issue they solve it immediately. It's a small but beautiful and well-maintained resort (many trees inside resorts). The pool was good, my daughter liked it much. Food was too good, generally, as a north Indian vegetarian we suffered for our food in the south of India, but in case of abad, it was opposite, food quality and verity were good. Massage quality was too good.

The location was too inside the town, the internet was too slow, need to improve cleanliness, and the hut was too cozy (small) as per expectation but ok for a small family. If you want to go beach it's around 1km from the resort. In the morning some sound was coming from the loudspeaker which was annoying. Can make the massage room better, it just looks like a normal room with a massage table.

The property was awesome fir staying. Swimming pool was the highlight, well maintained. It was wonderful to stay here for a day. Moreover all the staffs were well behaved and very helpful. My car got breakdown while I was vacating from the hotel but the staffs were so kind enough to help me and that is something I felt was exceptional. Once again thankyou🙏

This is a very budget freindly hotel with an excellent swimming pool.. The restaurent services are also good with a choice of continental menu and a decent breakfast.Staff are very freindly and pleasent.. The property it self is good within about 45 minutes of driving from Thiruvananthauram Airport. Even though the property has not direct access to the beach, beach is within walkable distance crossing the road in front of the propery. As I have not used the beach I am not sure wether bathing is allowed in the beach..The hotel staff would be able to assist you in this. The upkeeping and maintanance of the rooms can improve but for the price it is offered it is good value for money for a budget consious traveller. There is ample private parking space inside the propery with 24 hour security..

The overall service and facilties were good.. Especially for the price it is offered to the public.
