The property is right on the beach, so the location is the main USP. Rooms are satisfactory as per the money that was charged. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beware of the restaurant just within the hotel premises. They charge a lot extra for the food. They will try to lure you in with exotic sea food as fresh catch and fool you with the amount.

Location is very good and sea beach facing.

Vehicle not reaching upto hotel. One have to walk about 250 m to reach hotel. During check in the staffs bring luggage but at checkout time they don't bother. You have to carry your luggage by own or through porter upto 250 meter.

The hotel is located just in front of the beach. If you are coming by car, then you have to park your car at some nearby paid parking area, but hotel staff will be there to guide and help you. I found the staff very polite and helpful. there is an attached restaurant also. you can enjoy your food, seating just next to the beach, with the beautiful ambience. food quality was also very good.

We faced some difficulties related to the parking area. as the parking area lane was narrow and steep. except that nothing is there to complain about.

A great place to stay overall with the beauty of nature along with Sea view . You get to live in beautiful big rooms with double beds,very neat and clean with AC too (only you have selected AC room).The best part was I had to work on my office computer , i enjoyed working sitting on the hotel balcony area outside of room with beautiful view of the trees , light house and the Sea . Hotel staff Vineeth and Deepu are very cordial and prompt in response to any of your queries. They provide immediate service and help you for all your needs . There is a restaurant along with the hotel , where you can relish lovely food watching the Sea. Overall a great place to stay. I am Happy and Satisfied.

Amazing stay!!😍 Very friendly and caring host. Deepu and Vichu were always there to help me with anything I needed. I booked there for 3 nights and end up staying there for 15 days. I’m a female solo traveler and I can definitely say it’s a very safe place. Place is beautiful, ... Rooms are clean with a view directly to the beach 🏖

Staff were a delight. Any problems solved with haste. Good laundry service. Bed very comfortable and bedding changed every two days. A/C very efficient and the fan also worked well. Location was spectacular with view of beach and lighthouse. Clean and tidy and any problems solved efficiently

Bathroom a little jaded. Seats outside room were not dedicated to each room. Would have liked dedicated seating. Could do with a ban on mobile phones being used outside our room after 11pm but as we had the best view of the beach others wanted to share

Great location, just a minute walk to the beach. The room (#A4) was in the corner of the 2nd floor and had a separate balcony facing the ocean. The breakfast is nice (but could be boring if you stay for a long time). The staff at the reception was really helpful.

No hot water in the shower. Wi-fi connection is not good, had to switch between multiple networks all the time.

Clean and neat room and washroom... The staff Bithchu is very good guy and cooperative with customers... He's very friendly. I've asked water bottle at 12:30 but he didn't hesitate and given at that time also... Nice location and good ambience... Will recommend to my friends as well...

The staircases are relatively steep, the steps concrete THERE IS NO HANDRAIL. This is potentially a nasty accident waiting to happen. This situation needs attention.

The Location....sea beach just near by. My.Vishnu is ver helpfull. He is available 24*7 . Suggestion...plz provide some extra tea coffee machine at room..sometimes you dont want to go to downstairs resturant..

Very limited optopn for veg. Please chk Banana Leaf resturant at back side of floral..you will get good food. Parking is far..but you get potter (100/-) to pick your luggage.
