It's a very peaceful & calm resort....very clean with crisp white bedsheets and pillow covers... co-operative staff..away from the hustle bustle of city life....a great escape for one who wants to enjoy some quite moments from the busy, hectic monotonous life...overall a pleasant experience...spl thanks to the staff(Sonam, Abhishek, Dheeraj) 😊♥️

There's absolutely nothing at all...that I can say or pinpoint at to say I didn't like this or that... absolutely nothing

The restaurant & food was awesome. The room was spacious & clean. The resort is located 3-4 kms from the centre, so a lot of peace from the city and has a lot of space for kids to play. Overall, a very nice stay for my family.

Sometimes, room service was not quick and found the a package little costly compared to others.

The size of room was spacious enough to incorporate a sofa bed however we had to pay for extra mattress. Even after paying for the extra mattress the one provided was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. We had initially itself pay for extra adult charges for the room and breakfast however we had to keep reminding to provide three toiletries instead of two everytime. Time and again there was renovation work noise as some rooms were being renovated at the resort.

Breakfast spread is quite good with lots of variety. Really enjoyed their live music arranged during dinner time. The room size is good and clean.

Have to call several times for cleaning the room after first night of our two day stay The buffet spread at lunch and dinner was mainly vegeterian with no variety for non veg items. This was not the case in our earlier visit in early 2020.

1. Breakfast menu was limited, could have been much better. Delay in replenishment of items on the breakfast menu. 2. Mosquitoes in the dining area

1. Cycles were not in good condition 2. Big group created nuisance with loud music, singing in the afternoon and late into the night, when other guests wanted to rest. They were smoking, smell of which was in the lobby and in our rooms.

The location and mountain view offered was superb. Also food good and staff was very supportive.

As such no specific comment but they need to maintain the condition of cycle and add if possible add some extra games in club house.

Breakfast was good. The food was clean ans delicious. I am planning our Board Meeting here. Board room and conference room are nice. We will be around 20 board members with staff. Car parking looks adequate though approach road needs repairs urgently

Roads to Hotel must be attended..The staff at the reception must give better attention to customers. It is incorrect to wait when pandemic is on. We had to request to the top manager thrice to show us Board meet facilities. Ultimately the lady at counter arranged to show us just before our departure.

Nice place to relax..less crowd and away from city.Value for money Good staff.perticularly Sunil and team in restaurant were very good.

Variety in food options not available. Nonveg options were very less.

Location was good, staff was Friendly, Ala cart menu food was good, room was specious and clean

Buffet lunch/dinne, there was no starters, Breakfast provided in the room was not at all good, there is no proper connectivity to go the market If you don't have your own vehicle

It's value for money. They even gave 2 packets of biscuit and haldiram 2 packets of khatta meetha

All good for the said budget. Spend 2 rooms 8500 odd bucks.
