We visited this property on the occasion of my husband's birthday! He just loved it. Overall experience was worth it, staff is very co-operative and friendly. it's a good property worth the experience.

Only concern is property is too far so you won't get uber or ola services and you left with no choice from opting service from resort. It's quite expensive like almost double they charge as compare to what uber will charge you. Resort should provide cab services at reasonable rate.

Great location for the monsoons to chill and enjoy the property

They are very un-accommodation to cancellation and refund requests even though they are fully sold out weeks prior to my request... Sad to see a good property having bad service.

We stayed 3 nights as family with an intention to enjoy monsoon. Breakfast was amazing. Staff courtesy and supportiveness is probably the best we ever seen globally, very prompt and 24x7 at service. They have round the clock pool, cafe and spa which is a bonus. Travel desk guys were amazing with all the time support for in property commuting, food delivery pickup etc.

Our holiday started off with a very long check in process, took almost an hour. Our booking was for a garden villa room, however allocated room was under ground with Zero view. Requested to change and they gave an upgrade to Luxury cottage, special thanks to front office staff Niraj Kadam and Sonakshi. Used hotel taxi services for airport transfers as well as local sight seeing, felt over priced for the kind of service offered, quality of taxis and drivers could be improved for that price. Pickup from Mumbai airport was 1.5 hours late as well as local sight seeing taxi came 1 hour late. Food in restaurants are heavily priced. hotel could offer some free play room for small kids, anything under adventure park is payable.

Location

You don't have UPI receipts being printed and have to take photo each time. With this good location, considering weather, basic items like tea and coffee are charged 200/- . I can understand lasagna being charged 900 but at least not tea and coffee for 200

The best part for us was to play with the dogs and spend time with the cows.

Though we booked the room because it was clearly shown in your site as a ground floor room, we got a room on the first floor. This was a problem because one of us had a challenge to climb upstairs.

Food at sports Bar was really good

There are some male cutouts placed in Ladies bathroom, my 6 year old daughter was scared then & that's the reason she doesn't want to visit Della again You should be considerate before putting such things in name of humour It's not only scary for little girls it's close to traumatic, Being a Family resort you should consider to get it removed to make place more enjoyable

Quite luxurious and comfortable. Staff is curtious and helping. Excellent food.

I didn't see a point why the dog kennel is a part of the property. Firstly, the stench in the cages was unbearable and secondly, how do these dogs benefit from people watching them as zoo animals. There should be a separate facility for dogs away from visitors, where they can be themselves in a hygienic place and roam free for a few hours daily.

The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The washrooms were nicely lit with clean floors and walls.

The internal coordination between In Room Dining and Housekeeping staff was not good. Adventure Park, we were denied horse riding saying that we were above 90 kgs of weight. This was, however, not told to us while buying the day pass.

Brilliant property to begin with ... I had a short stay at the property in a garden villa and the room, decor, location, practicality were nice. Hassle free stay with a pet.

Few things - 1. Check in and check out can improve. Prople do not know how to smile at guests. 2. Phone / Intercom - for some reason is not clear 3. Not sure why a property like this that charges a bomb for room takes a deposit of 10K .. have not seen this in similar properties 4. In Della Adventure park - the should be separate lines / counters for online ticket holders and folks who buy ticket form the location - since folks who do booking online do their homework upfront and then book a ticket .. but folks who buy ticket there have the discussion and that creates unnecessary delays to others

The minute attention paid to design combined with comfort. Right from the choice of cutlery, to the colours of upholsery to the quality of food n the excellent service! My parents who r senior citizens enjoyed as much as my young kids..
