Water leakage in bathroom, after repair Increased. Not user-friendly, it is tacky to go to any place. Good qlty map can be provided which is readable, an app can be set up for the same. Some activities like paragliding, atv were not operative, but the reception ppl were not aware and asked us to go for it. Transfer vehicles were less. Wait time was more. Wifi was poor. A pure veg restaurant option will be appreciated. Would like to have nore vegan options in food. Room service food menu was quite limited.

Staffs at all levels are very very helpful from entrance till cleaners. Restaurant staffs, security, buggy driver very polite n helpful. Culture training. Superb. Arun , I think from Woodpecker and all staffs from Global chaska and Mubrak were too good. Water spirts staffs also excellent, so the Waterfront cafr staff.

I was in 272B earlier , perfect room but was last room so we requested for another room, which was promptly given. 278B. In this room Airconditioner wasn't working, Telephone wasn't working and there was no remote for Tv. Since we were mostly out enjoying The faciliries, we didn't bother much but this was the issues.

Our stay was very good, we stayed at Aussie Wooden Chalet and it's worth experiencing. Overall property is very good if you are planning to relax in the lap of nature.

Though overall food was good, it is unnecessary expensive, which is a common concern with so many guests, when I spoke to a few others also. It's definitely not worth the price even if you have to compare other good resorts and five-star hotels. The communication gap between different teams was significant. When we went it was raining a lot and we wanted to do some indoor activities. Every other team informed that indoor activities were operational, but when we reached the indoor activity area, they were not operating. Check before you travel for the activities that are operational if you plan to explore different indoor and outdoor activities.

We had initial hinch for breakfast on 1st day, but Ambey Valley staff lived upto the expectation and managed the situation. all guest were not left without breakfast. some might complained as knowing the amount of people who checked in hotel should have managed. but my personal outlook was it was managed very well and we got to see the conference facility also of Ambey Valley. Staff live up to the name of Mr. Subrato Roy. looking at such dedication, its overwhelming.

just a suggestion. Restaurants should be opened up soon as more guests are likely to stay at this lovely properly

The property is well organised n beautifully built. The lake is beautiful n rooms were big n clean. we opted for cottage which was good. The restaurant woodpeckers had lovely buffet spread. staff was helpful. special mention Soham Saran from the restaurant n pritika from the restaurant. the manager of the restaurant was also helpful. liked the food it was definitely worth the money.

The staff is little less. need guards at the night to help n guide the road

Location was beautiful. Loved the way the whole city is planned. Very clean and systematic. The complimentary break was more than expected, menu was not only with variety but also everything in the menu was super tasty. Hatsoff to the staff, always smiling and helpful. Do not miss horse riding and Go karting and Also Try turkish food!!!

I would say the pricing of food menu in restaurants, i wondered how soup could cost almost same as Pulao.

I liked how clean and beautiful everything was.

The food can undergo alot of improvement, especially the lake front cafe (the pizzas aren't very nice and a little too cheesy). A few rides are way too expensive for the quality provided. The kids train is terrible and stops working during the ride. Paying 250 rupees for that (even when they charge a 3 year old) was not worth it at all... The train was a very bad experience for me.

Excellent location, Natural beauty. Weather. Artifical lake, swimming pool and music show etc. Cottages were good. All restaurants were excellent. Breakfast exceptional.

Internal travel with car. Longer distances. Night time little scary to travel on lonely roads but knowing that it is all secured well was reassuring. Takes some time to travel to breakfast area. Some areas were not functional (town hall etc). Some restaurants ( Namak , Tapari ) were closed.

Good location. Over all ambiance is fine. Weather was good. Multiple activities. Water sports is really good.

Average spread. Same menu for both the days we had breakfast. food supply was an issue. basic item like butter was not in stock. one of the two days even tea service was an issue. Check in experience was not very pleasant. Food is a major challenge both from availability and cost perspective.

location and the well developed campus. ambience of property and its organisation was superb. great fun activities. best was boat ride. breakfast was good.

rooms were good but could have been better in terms of some of the facilities. some electrical appliances were not working. wardrobe did not have hanging hooks. shower was poor and old. they ask to scan a QR code at reception but there is no Wi-Fi or network there. at checkin there was a mismatch in voucher of booking.com and resort records for amount. they fixed it but it wasted time in figuring it out. reaching out to the Booking.com support was in vein as nobody responded on 0800 number.
