We recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly courteous and assisted with any requests made. Central location helped with good proximity (by car) to major tourist /shopping areas. Staff at the reception area - Suruchi was quite calm while handling customers during peak hours of check-in The food spread during the breakfast & dinner was impressive offering lot of options. Combined with the excellent service from Amit, Simran, Shailesh, Rajat and Jaya made it a delightful experience.

Housekeep service was good with all amenities available. Minor, but staff could be more proactive while refilling during housekeeping services as few reminders had to be given.

Breakfast and dinner was excellent, but I was there for 3nights room no-208 the lock bothered us to much the battery was not working and every time we had to run to activate the card but unfortunately then too the door did not open every time we had to wait for 15 mins . Secondly my rooms were booked for Rs 5400 per day but third day I had to pay Rs 7400 did not understand this , as my husband had paid , we did not get the refund , the extra money we paid . I shall be highly obliged and thank ful if you check and refund the extra money paid , so that I shall recommend my friends , relatives and we too shall visit again . Thanking you Kiran Jayaswal.

The locks should be checked and why I was charged more on the final day , when I had booked all three days together. I should get the refund .linens should be little more clean .

everything was great during my stay at NOVOTEL. they could have done better in buffet, which i believe. as i have stayed in many 5 star hotels where they have variety of items. that was sort of missing somewhere, else everything was great.

There was nothing that i didn't like in NOVOTEL. They provide handful of amenities. their staff, room was neat and clean. reception all good. they take care of their guest nicely and properly.

It’s a good place to stay. very comfortable.

The staff there are not really paying attention when you say something or maybe it’s my bad at speaking English? but I don’t think so. First. Ms. Roshini charged my breakfast for 2 person each day even though it’s only me staying in the room. But that’s sorted. So it’s fine. and then when I need a cab to Lucknow City railway station. It was so nice of the staff to book Ola from their personal phone to my location. But I was very clear that I need to go to Lucknow City. Okay it was my bad not to double check. Somehow the ola driver took me to Lucknow Junction instead. Luckily I have a lot of time to spend. Otherwise I might miss my train. overall it’s a great place to stay! but please! pay attention to details. Be focused. That’s all I wanted to say!

A big shoutout to the housekeeping manager and especially to Shivani for her remarkable professionalism. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Shivani’s attention to detail truly stood out, especially with the adorable towel doll she created for us! It added such a personal touch and brought a big smile to our faces.

The property was close to main tourist sites. The facilities were good

Swimming pool was on occasion taken over by rowdy outsiders making too much noise and generally unsociable by smoking around the pool. The hotel should stop this sort of behaviour. I had to just make a quick exit from poolside.

The rooms were comfy with all the amenities provided. Staff is very helpful. Samisha (FD) staff checked us in and was very quick at her job. Breakfast area is very nicely arranged and lots of food options for both veg and non vegetarians. The locality is good.

Nothing much just a few starters in the restaurant were cold during buffet. However, the efforts of the restaurant staff and chef was commendable. They were prompt in serving hot food.

Excellent food with reasonably good variation and most importantly the service rendered by restaurant personnel especially Mr Varun,Mr Sonam,Mr Pratip and Mr Deepak for their out of the way courtesy and care. Front desk staff of Ms Garima and Ms Pragya were equally efficient and well behaved. House keeping was very prompt and upto the mark. Me being a cancer survivor was looked upon very well by one and all. I thank them for their kind and large heartedness. God bless.

Insufficient light arrangment in the room makes room looks dull. The entrance lobby was full of mosquitoes.No arrangment for fly catchers or air curtains or double door system to check it. It was funny to see a staff deployed running around with mosquito trap racquet.Never seen such thing even in any lower star hotels. Management needs to look into for needful. Rest all was fine.
