Great everything was which was excellent

We checked in late at night, and the staff were accommodating as well. They responded to our room service requests quite promptly. It was a good location with cafes and malls nearby, all within walking distance.

The rooms could have been better ventilated, and maybe offer bigger rooms. The restaurant in the hotel has good but pricey food. Would rather go out along the streets for a meal.

We have visited Park Plaza Hotel after second wave of Covid, on return this time, we have seen that thier policies and procedures enough to ensure property is as safe as it possibly can be, for guests and for own staff. It's a big step to venture out from our safe cocoons , and the safety and well - being of everyone who passes through the doors continues to become thier utmost priority. Mr. Suhail, has taken the responsibility to ensure that everything is going comfortably during our stay. Thank you we are absolutely in safe place thank you suhail and team of park plaza.

The interior is so huge and vintage. Hotel is on the main road but still very quiet and clean. Housekeeping staff is extremely sweet. Service is quick. The room I requested was unavailable and since it was my birthday,they upgraded it to suites room. I’m very happy with them.

Washrooms are too small.

It was above imagination to enjoy stay and food at Park Plaza Ludhiana. Everything was wonderful, specially staff support, worth mentioning name Mr. Suhail, from front desk. Pan Asian restaurant was great which is on second floor newly opened. Thanks to all for making memorable trip, looking forward to see all again. I'll be coming back very soon

good breakfast but could have been made better with a more varied menu. location is perfect. the value for money equation was superb.

Political sloganeering on the front of the hotel was a big put off . the owners could have their political ideologies but businesses can't be dragged in it. if this has to happen then every shop/office/establishment would become a party in a debate everyday.

the room was very clean. the staff were really courteous and attentive.

I don't think AC was working properly in my room. this was my second stay and it worked the first time

This was my first time at Park Plaza Ludhiana, I love the hospitality…..the way staff meet feels like home away from home love the ambience of the bar love the staff especially Mr. Suhail is an amazing gem to the company he is assets to the company I wish to visit again…….keep it up Definitely will recommend to my colleagues

Location of the hotel is appropriate...the standards are upto the mark...

The room service was one of the biggest concern...anything asked was delivered too late....after multiple calls The room was booked for 3 person but third bed wasn't available...instead just a mattress was provided and they said we dont have third bed ..

The hotel itself is good but flyover works nearby puts lots of dust in the air.Rooms are good,lavish breakfast spread
