the electrical switches some broken / cockroaches in toilet / floor of main room was not clean / sound of passing traffic / no room boy to take my luggage at Reception / untrained receptionists they sounded impolite but that is all they could do but shrug off / They need to tie up with tea shop opposite for bed coffee

It's well located
The room, the sheets, the towels, the chairs were dirty. The bathroom was too old and plenty of bettles. There was a kind of toilet outside in the alley where people went there to spit all the time.... all the time. It's too expensive for what this hotel offers. I don't recommend it at all.
