Very clean and comfortable family rooms. Right next to temple entrance. Good rooftop with temple view. Great family rooms. Very spacious and comfortable

Room labelled AC balcony room in booking online did not have AC, as stated in small print details and had to pay extra for AC. Please correct misleading heading on site. Misadvised bus driver that he could park outside to unload bags. Caused lot of hassle with local traders and created tension. Took another hour to unload bags as driver had to go around city again. Should advise large groups in advance where they can park a bus.

The terrace view and location of room was amazing. Very near to temple.

One of the staffs behaviour at the check in time was not good. We booked for total 6 adults and 2 children but they told they accept only 6badults and charged Rs 250 for extra person. So I paid more amount than the final bill shown in website. It was not a problem but the staff conveyed the thing in angry and they complained about your site too.

The terrace view is great you see a nice view of the temple, The rooms are very spacious and its location is very good very close to the temple West gate. Toilets are clean.

The lift is for 2 people and it takes forever to come back, the staff fed us with wrong information on temple related information and it wasn't a language barrier. The staff arranged a cab from madurai to munnar for us and as usual they took their commission upfront via UPI which I am ok but they provided a very bad unprofessional driver who was rash driving and on call whole 4/5 hr journey and his rash driving could get us killed on curvy munnar road.

The Reception desk manager Mr. Muthu's addressing the customer is commendable. Hats off to him for clarity in everything like temple darshan timing, about Restaurants in the vicinity etc. No words are enough to describe about the overall stay experience.

Only hitch was clarity about parking . If this had been provided earlier , it would have been easy for me to stop the car at right location and cal for assistance. Since it was one way traffic near the hotel vicinity, it became a little difficult since I could not take back the car in the reverse so easily .

The proximity to Meenakshi Temple! I believe the hotel had a minor renovation, the lifts are much better now than my previous visit. There’s hot water in the hotel (but remember to inform reception to turn on the heater) Reception had arranged an auto driver to take us around to several temples (affordable rate), and the driver was excellent,took his time to explain the places to us and did not push for us to pay more.

The bathroom can definitely be a little cleaner, feels a little dated.

Jus in front of temple.. hence vehicle Not allowed.. had to walk jus 25 to 30 metres However this could have been included in hotel description. Else not a problem

Location is very good near to Western Tower and you can reach by car up to 50mtr but sometimes hotel staff come to your help my check IN experience was very good

while checking out about 10 am only 1 night shift staff available and he is tired and not willing to help, there is no water for drinking every time you need to go to reception as they have only 1 electric kettle

Check-in staff was very kind and promptly answer our calls. the check-in process was smooth and helpful. The family room was super big size and can accommodate 6 adults.

we did not know the water heater has centralized switch and room boy has access to it. we spend 30 min to locate it. they can put a poster about it.

Stone’s throw away from Meenakshi temple All main eating outlets etc close by Shopping area masi street within 10 mins Mr Muthu is very nice pleasant and most helpful person at a hotel front desk that I have met in last 8-10 years of my travel across india and abroad He addressed all our queries Arranged food in the right quantity and right place for us He event coordinated for cab for our travel within Madurai and to Rameshwaram

Wonderful view from the terrace on the roof onto the temple complex, which is just a few houses away. Great for breathtaking views particularly at dawn and dusk. The location is top-notch (very central but not loud) and the room was clean. There was a ceiling fan and rooms with AC are also available.

The beds were quite hard and the room tiny. The back-area of the room was only useable as storage space due to the shape of the room. The receptionist was not the friendliest.
