Location is extremely beautiful. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They guided us about the snow forecast and the places to visit in and around Manali which was extremely helpful and appreciated. View from the rooftop is also amazing.
Family rooms are a bit too spacious which makes them less cozy. Balcony was also a little small. Exhaust in the washroom was not working. But overall it was a good experience.

Recently stayed with family in Feb 14-22. Hotel facilities is excellent...Rooms were neat and clean. Hotel staff behaviour is very humble(Specially hotel owner). You won't regret after choosing this hotel.. Recommend for families and all..All Local sites..like Hidimba temple, Vanvihar...you can easily visit by walking...

Owner Mr.Sharmaji is very jolly and helpful person. He cares more abt customer comfort and satisfaction. Staff was also very helpful and prompt.
Food. I ordered veg.biryani and it came just as without any raita /curd or kurma gravy which is always given everywhere.

The only flaw was excessive room rates with respect to charging customers and no proper communication regarding food biils.

Mr. Sharma the owner is very warm person who will does all help with a personal touch. He even took us in his car to the market. Very courteous staff. Food also good. I would recommend people who are going with family. We stayed there for 10 days and was very happy.
