Location is good, mountain view from premium room is awesome. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with good varieties. Room was pristine clean and staffs were very cooperative.

The stay was good , happy with the location and the food particularly chole bhature ! The only thing which was disappointing the price of water bottle which was more than double ! Rest seems perfect !

The property is at a prime location, yet away from the hustle bustle of the Mall Road. A 5-7 minute walk to the Mall Road. Wonderful view of the mountains from the room. Courteous staff. Kids play area was a bonus. Tidy lawn with lots of flowers. Restaurant food was wholesome. Wifi signal was a bit sketchy. Our room had a nice balcony, perfect for a cup of tea, enjoying the view of snow capped mountains. Room service was prompt.

Wifi signal was weak, and hardly worked. Flush in the toilet was not working properly.

very well maintained and fantastically managed with adequate staff and amenities. had interacted with Owners on phone and find him very professional in his communication. entire staff like Kaushal at reception, Thakur in Restaurant and Rajiv in room service were contributing max to deliver satisfaction. 👌👌👌

The accessibility is a little tough as one will have to climb the hill a little from mall road to reach this hotel. It will take 10-15 mins to reach mall road frlm here. Also didnt get heater which i had requested through booking.com

Everything, location, ambience, safety , very nice crowd and most importantly the food , Must opt for breakfast + dinner package as it was extremely amazing and delicious . Though this is a 4 star hotel but services were matched to a 5 star elite one ( 24*7 heater ,power and geyser in chilly winters as well ). The staff were very supportive with the arrangements including an early dinner when we have to leave early . Overall loved it, It is very near to mall road and the view of snow capped mountains from balcony is extremely mesmerizing . Will love to visit again and it's economical too.😊

the rooms were spacious, clean and overall really nice. The food was decent. the staff was friendly and very helpful. the property itself was very easy to find and close to Mall Road as well as Old Manali Road so we were able to walk to both ( 1-2km walk). there are some places to eat much closer by ( il forno, and some others)

the room was really cold- probably due to the fact that the hotel is very high up and everything is wooden. they provided us a heater although since it was so cold, we ended up sitting in front of the heater for most of our stay or under the sheets to stay warm- couldn’t really get much use out of the rest of the room. ( although we forced ourselves to sit in the balcony one night with all of our layers on and it was beautiful because of the view and stars). they had a fire pit outside but when we asked them to light it, they said they don’t do it so we couldn’t really enjoy the yard that is in the hotel itself.

The whole staff was quite helpful and pleasant. The facilities are top notch , our issues were quickly addressed. Highly recommended

Location, Amenities, Food, View from the Room. We booked room with balcony but my room was upgraded for room with mountain view.

They charged 500 RS for early check in. Check in time is 1 PM. I requested for early check in between 10 to 11 AM while doing the booking and it was approved. My Bus had reached early to Manali and I reached hotel by 8 AM. I requested to do early check in and for that I paid 500 RS extra.
