A beautiful property is neat clean hygienic in the amidst of nature facing snow clad mountains. Great food and hospitality extended by the staff. Overall comfortable & pleasant stay.

The Geyser installed in the Room has limited capacity of 40 litres which is grossly insufficient for a family of 4. Only 1 person can take bath at once and then wait for another 30 minutes for the another. Rooms are cold and heating system needs to be better, only one lot of wood is provided in a day which gets burnt in an hour.

Restrooms are really stinky. It took the joy out of the stay. There are no heaters in the room. Whatever heat it provided was too little for the room Food could have been better.

The overall experience was amazing we stayed there for 3 nites, and it was a total Bliss. Beginning from welcome, from Deepak and other front office lady, apologies i cant recall her name. The rooms were absolutely clean with no sign of dust or any other sort of odour. Very well maintained property especially when it comes to amenities. Speaking about room service Mr. Chhindu Kapoor was a very kind gentleman patient with our requirements :-). Thank you to the restaurant team as well becoz i hv eaten one of the finest tasting food at this place. Hope to see you next winter again.

Very friendly staff, uninterrupted views of the mountain, the room itself was very spacious and warm, the jacuzzi and bonfire in the room were cherries on the top. One should definitely try their Himachali Thali when ordering food!

perfect location, super clean rooms, great food, warm welcome & super staff From welcome to check-out everything was good. I would rate the property as a 4star property in terms of facilities but the due to helpful & smiling staff it’s a 5 star property for us. special mentions: Karan, Ravi, Aum, Ram, restaurant team & chef, miss Anjali & her team. All of them made our stay memorable. secret: ask for fresh pan cakes while having breakfast. Don’t miss: wood fire place experience in mountain view suits.

Water heating capacity of electric water heaters should be increased. currently it is not enough for one person usage. small suggestions: breakfast menu is good but requires some variation daily for guest are stay 3 or more nights.

Front office staff...especially Deepak was very helpful. Room service was exceptionally prompt. Food spread and taste was good. We had ala carte and buffet both turned out well.

The bathroom had a continuous sewage smell.

The beautiful garden, the view of the mountains, the different outside seating areas, the refreshing pool, the cosy room in a stylish, but simple cottage made of stone and wood, the friendly staff, the location outside of a cramped and chaotic Manali.
