location - has to go thru a very narrow bridge which can damage your car or vehicle.

Location and facilities were good.
Covid protocols were not imposed properly. Except few of us most of other guests were roaming around without mask. The common lobby which was shared with room next to ours had guests smoking late night and filled the whole corridor with suffocating smoke. The hotel management completely failed to set good standards.

The location and food was pretty good, rooms were comfortable
The behaviour of staff was so rude. They didn't have manners to talk with customers. Zero hospitality manners.
