Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities and great location. Good breakfast spread but the restaurant was crowded on both days.

The air conditioning system did not seem to work. It was too cold in the room despite adjusting the temperature to 24.5 The south indian menu was not up to the mark - idli, vada, dosa and chutney could be more authentic.

Excellent breakfast, dinner buffet, a full range of food and it was excellent. Option for freshly cooked eggs, dosa, etc. The dinning area filled quite quickly, so you had to pick the right time. Service was good and they had a a la carte menu. Just was mostly from a tin/ carton but some fresh depending on the day.

Cafe area was small, and you couldn't order a coffee for the business area, business centre. That was the most disappointing issue, you had to get a coffee from the cafe, and then take it with you to the business centre which was quite far away. Cafe was small.

I loved my stay at the hotel. It is par excellence. First night I had ordered king bed and got it. However for second night I booked for 2 separate beds but when I went for check in at 11 in the night I was told its an open category room and hence subject to availability only. I didn’t even know what an open category means. This should be worked out while booking. When someone is booking 2 separate beds it means he / she wants separate only. This is non-negotiable. They did give me separate beds later but it was a smoking room and I couldn’t tolerate the smell. I believe it was not so much the hotel’s fault but that of booking.com. Kindly state availability in such case’s only when its available.

Just one small issue - I had a complimentary transfer to Airport in my package. They asked me time. I specifically said 6:45. There was no cab available. I kept shuttling between front desk and drivers outside gate. The front desk said I should go out and ask them to get the vehicle. The drivers outside said I need a slip from front desk. In all this chaos with my flight time approaching, I finally sat in vehicle at 7:10. Although I reached on time, I didn’t like the hassle of 20 mins which irritated me. The lady incharge was Leandra. Having said this, I would still happily book Holiday Inn again on my next visit as I loved the hotel, its food, training of staff and services in general.

The room was spacious. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like till late. The location is very near to airport, if that's something you are looking for. The staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant was very good with lots of options. The breakfast spread was excellent. The staff was ready to accommodate any changes without even thinking twice. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family for their next stay in Mumbai.

The entry gate to the hotel is a bit unclear, so cabs get confused.

Good amenities for a good nap and shower in between flights or just to get over jet lag before moving to other tasks in the city. Very friendly staff.

Overall good amenities but just for the sake of improving, I’d like to highlight the fact that staff did not really check on the purpose of my visit - I was given a normal room at normal rate but at checkout the same lady (bless her!) told me that I could have only taken a room for rest and shower at about 50% less than the standard rate - something to keep in mind for travellers looking only to refresh before another flight.

Indian breads, 6am baked breads, action stations and masala chai. Breakfirst spread is good. Foods are tasty. Clenliness and the attention of restaurant staff is super. They are always helful. All the staff from front office, restaurant and the girl who did the cleaing are well mannerd and always willing to help. Location is very clise to airport and only 5 to 10 minutes away from the airport.

Nothing dislike of the hotel. But only worry is the outsude of the hotel because always conjested. Please be carefull when you travel. It is better to uae Uber rather than going other cool cabs. Because they are charge more when they identifide you are not an indian. Also meter taxi guys taking you longer roots to get more money

Breakfast spread was good. I wouldn't say excellent; but food tasted good, and there were good varieties. Staff was very courteous and friendly. They were attentive too. Room service was also not too slow, and food was served hot.

The area around the hotel is very congested. Though this is beyond your control, getting to and from the hotel was a bit tough. The bed was not very comfortable - personal opinion.

Lovely big room with comfy bed. Had everything we needed. Rooftop pool is fantastic. Executive room offers free drinks ( not cocktails as stated in booking.com site) for 2 hours in evening plus nibbles in executive lounge. All very nice. Bar on ground floor also really nice with singer in evening. Really good security

Location is great for airport but area around didn’t look so good so we didn’t venture out but as only 1 night stay it didn’t matter

Its clean and closer to International Airport. I reached around 12.30 in the night after a long jouney. and was visibly tired. I had asked for milk from in room dining. They not only served me in no time. Abhishek, served the milk as complimentary. He could see that I wanted to crash. That little gesture of giving it complimentary, was his way of expressing his empathy. Nilesh, the front desk manager was also supportive. No wonder, I could remember both the names 😊

The Saptami meals were awesome. Quality of food and generally the service was excellent. Special thanks to Sumit and Apaniu for taking great care in serving me. Also the tea person :) The reception desk were very helpful and took care of all needs. Housekeeping staff Priya and Mahesh were very good in their work and taking care of guests. Overall all the staff is very nice and friendly

The area around the hotel is not nice at all. Apart from being crowded it is very unclean and dirty. Ofcourse not sure how hotel can do anything about it.
