The entire staff is polite. Location is a great point to come back here. Rooms are pretty clean, but they need a paint job on the walls. Along with the availability of parking and allowing food delivery at the hotel is great.

The rooms are pretty small and lack any ventilation as they don't have any windows in the room. The walls are a little dirty. And, most importantly, the TV didn't have any channels.

I like this hotel and perfect location easy to get metro, 20 min from airport and safe

No hair dryer and breakfast not much only Indian veg menu, however close with 7-11 and nice restaurants.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location is apt for airport proximity.

There was problem with the cooling of the AC. The room was not getting sufficiently cool. The rooms could have a little more ventilation.

The hotel location is very good. The staff is very decent and caring. Reception is phenominal. Breakfast is decent amenities are upto mark. Corridors are very clean. Particularly the hotel is best place when you are travelling with family. I highly recommend the place.

I guess was soo good meeting the hotels staffs in there, very well mannered staff , the reception people. The hotel engineer named AJAY MASAL from maintenance department , right there , hats off to that guy, he's an all rounder, very well behaved and he always lend me a helping hand whenever I asked him for help. Thank you. I really really love this hotel and frankly I have visited the hotel 2 times already with long duration of stay and will continue to do so.

Room Was Clean, Elevator/Lift provided, Free Tea and Coffe machine, 24*7 staff available at reception. good for short stay with family

Dont expect lot of room service facility but basic facility is available based on the price. room size is small

Everything. The staff is polite (specially Ravi), the rooms are comfortable and clean. They take all necessary precautions for Covid-19. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but they do let you order from outside and provide room service. The washrooms are very clean and we'll equipped. Mattresses are very clean and comfortable. Will surely recommend this place for stay. Keep up the great work team :)

And the staff is very friendly and helping, the locatio is very close to the T2 of CSJM Airport and other facilities like metro etc. Comfortable and convenient rooms clean, tidy and the best thing I like about this hotel was a coffee/tea vending machine at every floor.
