The rooms are very neat and clean..and spacious too.. The room has an electric kettle for tea and coffee.. Had to call the technician twice for the TV.. Not too many channels available... Bathroom is small but comfortable.. Only liquid soaps are provided by the hotel.. No other toiletries.. The restaurants are good but overpriced.. The breakfast is not worth eating.. Food is not tasty.. Location of the hotel is good..chowpaty is at a walking distance..Nariman point is about 10-15 mins drive by cab.. Overall a good place to stay.. Would highly recommend the hotel. Staff is very helpful..

The taste of food is not great.. The poha was too bland.. Sambar and misal were too watery.. The restaurant is too crowded during breakfast so service is poor..

Excellent location with lovely restaurant serving breakfast with different variety every day and service was impeccable .Nothing was too much trouble for them and room service was good too .Liked the hotel very much .Will definitely visit again at the hotel .

Premium service. Room is wonderful. Washrooms are so big that someone could actually live inside of them. No insects, it's very clean, all the A/C working. Good view from room and elevators. Only problem was that i saw "free breakfast" badge on booking.com page when arrived and next morning i found out that there is no free breakfast for me because it eas not actually included. So i had to pay around 15$ for breakfast? I had choice not to paybofbcourse and to go to places nearby. I dont remember, i just paid and drank bathroom-size volume of the watermelon juice and eberything they had on "as much as you can eat" section. I took different hotel to stay for longer time because of my reasons but i wish these guys all the verg best.

The breakfast was superb and different variety every day .Staff did a good job and the manager Mr Sanjay Tiesri looked after my wife and me doing an excellent job.He is an asset to the company ..Nothing was too much trouble for him .Good location as well.

Reception was very poor .Extra staff required .We had to wait for half an hour for check in and the room was not ready till 13.00 hrs.even we stayed 17 days at the hotel .Wi fi and signal problems made us very uncomfortable every day We could not make phone calls or access our e mail .This is not acceptable at any costs

Great hotel. After wandering around different hotels and apartments, I still chose to stay at Krishna Palace. The best restaurant, great fitness center for working out, but of course the equipment is not enough, because I think it's not very popular in hotels, so every time I'm the only one in the hall. Also worth mentioning are the parties every weekend which are something special. I would also like to say a special thank you to the restaurant which is on the second floor and they are the best! The room service is very quick and not like at other hotels where you have to wait for 20-30 minutes for a piece of toilet paper. I would say this is great, I will stay here again and again. By the way, thanks to fitness I managed to lose 10 kilos during my stay)))

The room was stinking of cigarette smell. And so was the entire floor. I didnt get my room alotted till 3pm. And was not given a late checkout more than 30 min especially since i came after a marathon run.

Lovely Hotel, very clean with 2 fabulous restaurants. They serve alcohol in the 1st floor restaurant only, also had some great live music at that venue. Standard rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. Great selection of English channels on the TV with lots of movie channels. Would definitely stay again.

Location was central to everything. Breakfast buffet was good. The manager at the breakfast buffet provided exceptional service.

It was a little noisy on some days due to events at the hotel banquet facilities.

At the hotel check-in was quiet pleasant and friendly staff. The breakfast had nice variety with good taste and not to spicy. Location is superb.

The aircon was not very pleasant as it took a long time to get adjusted though cooling was not good. Also to my dismay, i found a lot of lady hair in the bathroom and on the suitcase resting bench. Cleanliness is indeed poor if one can make out what sort of guest had occupied the room earlier. housekeeping would be definitely 3 on 10...
