Such an amazing place! As an European travelling solo, I was a little bit worried about where will I stay in Mumbai. I wasn't sure about all the locations, but I decided to stay and this hotel. It came out to be the best decision ever. It was literally the cleanest place I have seen in Mumbai. They also had all the amenities for European traveller, like toilet paper, coffee, English speaking staff, free bottled water. They offered me complimentary chai many times and I could order it via phone. The location was good, 10 minutes by Uber to the airport. The place was super clean, reception 24/7, staff was speaking English, there was a warm water, towel, soaps and shampoos provided. The staff was very helpful, they took me to the ATM and helped me with the pharmacy. The TV was working great and had Netflix and YouTube. The cleanliness was 100%, much better than in some European and American hotels. I was actually impressed. Bed was really comfortable. Thank you so much! If anu European or American traveller is reading this - that's the place to go, meets all the requirements!

Every single staff member is looking out to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The thoughtfulness exhibited by staff member of every department made it very heartwarming and pleasant environment to be around the hotel. It’s a pity we were only there for one night the first time but did not think twice of staying anywhere else a month later with such a delightful experience and splendid memories. The food was delicious and authentic. The facilities are very well maintained as well and cleanliness and hygiene is outstanding. Just writing this review brings back a smile of the pleasant memories.

it was my first time staying at Elvis & really overwhelmed with service & hospitality. since it has completed more than 50 years & yet maintained it's reputation staff are extremely helpful & cooperative. Coldrinks and apetites for meetings are also served amazingly. gym was good the location was ok. Food really amazing & perfect which we don't expect with this stars hotels but really I was Bon Appétit. surely love to visit again. thanks to the staff & mgmt for making my experience mesmerizing. perfect for business traveller's as it has everything for business meetings & best for meeting your end clients.

Way beyond my expectations Liked · The checkin was phenomenal. I have never ever seen such a young gent handle a check in such a professional manner. His name escapes my memory but he is a recent graduate from a Hotel Management Institue and about 22 years of age. I thought he was in high school. Not only was he courteous, but made me an instant fan of returning back to this hotel, when he graciously agreed to throw in the breakfast and allowed me a couple of extra hours to check out. It's these small things that remain in one's mind, and you need to ensure he stays with you! Great staffs overall.

I was the first timer but surely not the last one. Hotel Owner and team works day in & day out to ensute Hotel motto "Experience likes Home" are fulfilled daily. Warmth staff and well maintained property with a In-house kitche. I recommend Non Veg foods!!! A perfect location for family and Corporates.
