The hotel location is excellent offering best of both the worlds. its surrounded by lush greenery and dense tree cover and yet it is close to the bustling and happening hill station of Mussoorie. The breakfast was a lavish spread of various cuisines - continental, north Indian and south Indian. The presentation and layout was immaculate and the preparation was lip smacking. Above all the staff was ever ready to help and always had smiling faces. All in all a memorable experience - would definitely come again.

I went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Everything was perfect. The room was already decorated on arrival as requested by me. Also there was a cute little birthday cake. All this was done by the housekeeping team. I also booked the ‘Celebrations’ dinner for my wife. It was the most romantic dinner I could have gifted to my wife. All thanks to Mr. Kuldeep for arranging it. I would also like to thank Miss Mamta for her hospitality service during our dinner.

Courteousness of employees, cleanliness of the property, value for money, breakfast quality, overall ambience at the property, swimming pool, their shuttle service from Valley View Tower to the Main Lobby.

AC at Games Zone area was not effective, AC effectiveness at the extended portion in restaurant was not up to the mark, there was only one sofa in the room (2014), should have been two.

Loved the location beautifully kept. good spread of buffet meals, tasty meals. Helpful, attentive, cooperative staff. Attended holi function which was super fun. Extra activities were good.

There was no internet in the room ,TV cable was not working. These are basic things which were missing after repeated request it took an hour to fix the issue. Double bed was into two separate beds.

the location was great , well maintained property. lots of activities for kids. comfortable and good food.

while checking out after paying the total amount the staff did not have change and almost refused to arrange any. did he expect me to go out of the hotel and arrange myself? kindly have sufficient change beforehand. Also checking out takes a lot of time which is irritating. more staff during that time will definitely reduce the hassle and time

Beautiful campus. The 360 mountain view was stunning. Very friendly and curteous staff. The breakfast spread was amazing. We deeply appreciate every staff for making our stay very memorable.

Our main incovenience was getting unclear information about prepayment before checking in. The tv set could be updated.

The design and layout and the open spaces are lovely

It needs some TLC. The walls in the main lobby had seepage The restaurant set up was always still incomplete and still ongoing even when it was time for guests to dine

Location: When it comes to the view, you step on the roof where you have restaurant, and you have in front of you, a panoramic view of entire Mussoorie. They have a lot of activities for the kids so you will never feel that you kids will be bored if you want to enjoy the property. This is an instagram worthy location with beautiful spots to take amazing pictures and videos. Activities: In house bowling alley, snooker, pool, indoor swimming pool, kids pay alley, kindergarden kids play area, ice hockey, wtc. ( all chargeable though) Food: Amazing buffet ( Breakfast and Dinner) . Room size: Very Good and amazing views across the rooms. Does not really matter which room you choose.

Price: I felt that the price is too high.

The wide open terrace with a great view of Mussoorie. The variety & quality of food being served is just great. Staff are friendly & helpful.

There was late night (09& 10 June,2022night)continuous noisy disturbance well past midnight from neighbouring Room 341 by young party goers. Staff on night duty could not resolve the issue despite repeated reminders till about 2am. Our child & us could not sleep. Management was requested to later on 10June to ensure we we will not be disturbed again.

O.M.G...! What a splendid hotel. It's huge. They have a bowling alley, billiards area, Badminton court, swimming pool, gym, kid's play area. You can easily spend a whole day at the hotel without the need of going out. The breakfast and dinner spreads were massive. Everything was very good. Indian to international spreads. If the dinner is not included in your package, the rates are about 1600 rupees per head for adults and about 1050 rupees for kids above 5. Access to the property is easy. The road is pretty. We were staying in the panoramic view room. We had our semi-private terrace garden (shared between 5 adjacent rooms). That was an added bonus. Beware of monkeys though, keep the doors closed at all times. They usually pass by in the mornings. I saw a few reviews stating that the condition of the hotel has dilapidated over the years. People need to understand that this is a huge property. It might not be brand new, but it has been very well looked after. Everything you need is available.
