The hotel staff and owner were very helpful and nice people. They helped us through out our stay in the hotel. Thanks to Ritesh Ji for being so kind and generous and for offering to take 2 wheeler to get the elderly back from mall road 🙏. The hotel location was perfect, walkable distance to mall road. They also provided food in room as per the menu. We were 4 elders and 1 child and booked 3 rooms. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Thanks to Ritesh Ji and hotel staf. One of the rooms had mountain view and it was really serene and amazing to look at.

The host of the property Mr. RITESH GOEL was very helpful and humble He made sure we transitioned well to the hotel as we were staying in another property in landour and then decided to stay somewhere near mall road. Mr Ritesh Goel personally picked us and supported with the luggage transfer. This is my second time here and its exactly the same quality. Cleanliness and supportive & courteous staff as before. Overall I give this property a 5 star It's few minutes walk away from the mall road and the landour Bazar, which makes it extremely accessible for taxi, commute and other requirements including eating places.

Overall everything was good, oy preference is that the room towards the hill side or the right hand side are more peaceful as the left side gives the road Overview and you might hear the on road noise at times, but it's personal preference.

The room I specifically booked has a valley view and it was mesmerising! Everyday the room would see a sunrise! Host of the hotel helped me in transport from bus station to the hotel and also helped me with a scooty for travelling locally . I would recommend this property and especially for the valley view room.

Small suggestion is if rooms can have a coffee/tea kit it would be great to sit and have a sip in the room.

Mr. Ritesh is a gem of a person. What I like about him is that customer satisfaction is given topmost priority. Property was exceptional. Neat and clean and the staff were ready to help always. Mr. Ritesh helped me plan my trip and gave some valuable inputs which turned out to be economical. You don’t meet such people these days. Will definitely come again.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

We really liked the hospitality provided by Mr Ritesh, he was extremely helpful with all the arrangements of our trip. He made sure we had a very comfortable stay and went out of his way to drop and pick us up. His family too was very helpful, was always there to help us with whatever was needed. They ensured that we enjoyed all of mussorie. Anything we needed was given to us without any issues. Would suggest everyone to book a stay here to have a hassle free travel and stay.

Nothing! There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about the stay. It was perfect.

First of the staff and specifically the owner of the property, Mr Ritesh Goel Ji. He is a gem of a person. As a host I have never seen anyone go to such lengths of hospitality. He picked us up from Library Chowk. Totally free of cost. The rooms were cozy and totally clean. The best thing was the location of the property, close to Landour. And all important locations are nearby. We booked a scooter with the help of Ritesh ji. Totally recommended and you have to see the view from the premium rooms. It's beautiful.

Initially our stay was for four days but due to some urgency we have to leave the hotel in one day. The owner of the hotel sh. Ritesh Goyal is very co. Operative and helpful with their guests. I really like staying there and would like to stay again in the future.

Ritesh ji who is a great host. Amazing morning sunrise view from their room. Good food options available at the hotel itself. Right next to the landour clock tower. Close to mall road, hardly 10 mins walk from here. Lal tibba is also closeby where you can go on foot and take in the amazing views.

The location and rooms were great. The owner Ritesh and other staff members were really helpful in accomodating me and I can see they genuinely care about the quality of the stay of their guests. very cozy and centrally located hotel for your stay in Mussoorie. I'll surely book it next time I come to Mussoorie!

Just next to the Landour Clock Tower, so very close to the city centres of Mussoori (Mall road) and Landour. Walking distance from Lal tibba, 4 dukaan etc. My room had a fantastic view on the mountains! Ritesh ji and his assistant (guy with coloured hair) were very nice and helpful. Keep going like this!

Sometimes problems with electricity and getting hot water. But these are local issues. Again Ritesh ji was helpful.
