The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. The room was comfortable. The soap smelled really good. The restaurant was the highlight and the breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.

I found the hotel staff, policies, and forms to be sexist. I am a woman who is a doctor and I travelled with my husband and son. I made the booking and checked in and checked out as well as paid with my details and my credit card. The staff listed my name on the bill as “Mr.” and directed all payment questions to my husband at the hotel restaurant. The bill had a “primary guest” and “secondary guest” section and it was filled out by the staff with my name in both fields but “Mr.” for the primary guest and “Mrs.” for the secondary guest. I think it was indicative of a systemic and unconscious bias. I found it offensive and annoying. I hope they will rectify this in the future and get with the times so they can appeal to international clientele.

The hotel is located directly on one of the streets where the dasara procession took place. Therefore this was the ideal location for me. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. They pointed out to me that from the rooftop of the hotel one of the light shows during the dasara can be seen. It was a phantastic experience. Just down the street there are many restaurants.

The breakfast selection was rather small for this class of hotel.

The rooms are big and clean. The view from the balcony is nice too.

Their restaurant is pathetic. They put some kind off chilli paste in almost every dish which caused trouble (gas & acidity) for me and my family. The food is not at all tasty. Stay here, but have your food outside.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was quite okay.

The corridor on our floor was a bit noisy some times, but no problem at night. Better noise isolation near the doors could help.

VERY good staff, awesome silent area,for pure vegetarian there is good restaurant in front of regenta,name aashirwad.

In regenta there is rate compulsory with breakfast,which is extra to whom are vegetarian & doesn't take breakfast in hotel.

The staff were welcoming, rooms clean and good sized. The buffet breakfast spread was very good and being out of main city it was quiet.

The bed was not the most comfortable.

Kitchen closes too early....we called around 10 pm for milk for our kid and it was said to us that kitchen has closed

Easy to get to from any place in Mysore and has the quality of Royal Orchid brand. Friendly staff and good service

Restaurant staff especially manager can be a bit more quick

The property is neat and has all the amenities one would require. The location was also excellent and the neighborhood was peaceful. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained.

Breakfast spread could be improved taste wise.
