We were a family of 6 and stayed an extended period of 2 weeks. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Particularly enjoyed breakfast, rooftop pool (the children especially) and restaurant choices.

The location of the poperty is good and accessible from the main highway. Staff is polite and friendly. Parking was limited but staff was helpful even when we arrived at midnight.

Room amenities were fine but most of them have aged and need an upgrade. 1)My room's toilet tap/faucet was shaky. 2)Shower spray was a bit clogged. 3)Didn't have shampoo, only shower gel was present. About Breakfast, the spread was fine, but tasted ok.

The front office executive in the night shift whose name is Austin was very rude. I had asked multiple times to get my car parked inside the property as it was late in the night. However despite reminders it was not done. I had to come down from my room at 1.30 am to tell Austin to park it inside. Austin was very rude in speaking and no attitude towards customer focus or service.....Very rude and callous behavior......

My stay was awesome.The rooms are very comfortable and neat and clean...The service is very nice the staff is very active and friendly and the reception also is always at your service.... The breakfast here is worth it...They have buffet and a lot of varieties for Breakfast and it's tasty.....Even the food that we ordered was very delicious.....I am very happy with the stay as it was very very comfortable and refreshing for me....The room alotted to us was also very nice and had an awesome view will highly recommend this place for stay....

Only a small suggestion that bathroom can be more spacious..

I like the staff and its treatment. The cleanliness was amazing. and the room was specious.

I didn't like the fact, that I was calling constantly for water and tissue paper supply, but no one in resection was picking up the call.

As we entered the hotel, it was a nice lobby, comfortable and clean. Receptionist was kind and helpful, floors were clean, room was awesome, bathroom can be improved as the tiles and some other places in bathroom were a bit dirty, room was quite big, ac was good and chilled, lightings in room were quite nice and our stay was peacful. The meals price were quite high so we decided to order from outside which by the way they allow. Overall its the best hotel in a cheap price. I was worried by looking at some of the reviews, but trust me, after we experienced everything by ourself it all changed. A Must visit hotel👍 We've got a permanent hotel for us.✌️

No parking allowed inside the building was the only drawback as i was bit worried about my car parked outside on the city road. They should allow us to park our vehicles inside as they have a basement parking. Its fine if its on a chargeable basis but please allow us to park our vehicles inside the building.

I had asked specifically for 1 king bed and not 2 separate beds attached together. Also the price is little on the higher side ..The room i stayed in should be available between 2800-3200 max.

Pool should have been better and clean Also, I did booking for 4 adults from booking website but they got confirmation for only 2 and I had to pay extra for same. Don't know how this has happened
