Very helpful and polite staff. Had all the necessary facilities. Rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable.

Can’t complain much. Location could’ve been better. And there’s one lady at the reception with a very bad attitude. She could be more polite. Couple of Interactions over the phone and in the hotel were bad. And the only reason she stood out was because literally everyone there was very very polite. Apart from that, lovely stay.

Staffs were very kind and good. I had a early checkin. They supported us by letting me checking in by an hour. and ppl and staffs in the kitchen were extremely kind and helpful. they serve with a smiling face which really feels good in the morning.

Price of few foods were costly than others. Buffet is fine but al la carte was expensive for the quantity. Every time we take a hot shower this smoke detector gets triggered, because the smoke detectors are right in front of the bathroom doors. I happen to shift to a different room, but same problem happened there as well. Hotel mgmt should do something to make this better.

The ambiance and decor was nice the staff are very nice, polite And helpful.good WiFi, laundry service, cleanliness is good, house keeping staff is very efficient

Their room service for food is very slow. Half of the time for this was that the app system from which we had to order wouldn't work. So we had to call the reception and get call transferred to room service and order. Also no big deal but the TV has good few l paid channels so everytime need to call reception to free them before watching They should provide better wardrobes for people staying longer

They were kind enough to give me an extension as I checked in really late. The bathroom was very clean - as usually this is my biggest concern in hotels. The hotel is very conveniently located as well. Took me only 10 minutes to get to places in Navi Mumbai. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and hassle free stay in Navi Mumbai side.

Clean rooms...friendly staff...caring FOM Mr Yuvraj Ghatge....tasty & healthy buffet...could keep valuables in the room..Good security....Fitness centre @ 1st Floor was the best thing happened during my stay....

I had chosen the property for my guests who were in Navi Mumbai to attend my son’s wedding reception. Proximity to venue, good connectivity by road and value for money were my primary considerations and I chose this property over others available in Navi Mumbai area.

All my guests were very happy with their stay and therefore, I don’t have any negative comments.

The location was great and breakfast was good and team was very hospitable at cafe. Specially Akshay at cafe. Muskan at reception. And don't remember the technician name who came to the room at mid night by 4am. Other thing I quit liked is the disposable cutlery and crockery. Thank you for making sure we had good stay.

I didn't like the cleaning of wash room. Specially at the basin or floor where ever hand wash liquide was, had a layer on the floor. Other thing is after booking online I tried reaching to hotel to check if I can get the room little before time by 12:30 to 1pm but the boy who claimed him self is dutymanager on May 8th had answered with very louder and rude voice saying they have a group booking so they can't make it. I was okay with it.. but the way the man had raised his voice I felt I have called to OYO kind of hotel.. he could have been humble or hospitable... I believe team need training on how to say no or how to reply to some one when things can not be accommodated. Infact I loved the way the technician was humble even we had called to check the AC.

Staff was very professional. Sachin went out of the way helped us with all our queries. It was his last day at ibis but we now have made a friend.

Front office reception staff can be more humble and reciprocal. Rest everything was great!

I was highly skeptical going in reading a few reviews of how they charged for slippers or how the AC wasn't working. I wasn't charged for slippers and my AC was working perfectly fine. They have all the basic amenities but you gotta ask for extra set if you need. The service was pretty quick, especially on New Year's Eve.

The rooms are really small. I wish they had upgraded rooms. Wouldn't mind paying a slightly higher price for the same. As for breakfast, it was okayish. Not a wide spread. If you love non veg, then chicken sausages and eggs (boiled and omlette) are your two options.

This was my second stay with ibis hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Subhash, Shankar and sunita from housekeeping department did excellent job. All the trainees and Staff are very trained, helpful and friendly.. My regards to Deepika and shreeya for making our stay comfortable. Also Rupesh from F&B was very helpful and skilled.
