The rooms was good... bed was comfortable... staff was courteous! express check in check out.. good for a short stay

Although inside the Millenium Business park, the property area might feel aloof in the night... You need to have a vehicle or else it is difficult to even get an auto... you have to walk till the entrance of the business park... Also the wost part about the room is the bath tub in the washroom.. extremely slippery even with a rubber mat... My wife slipped twice and barely avoided an accident in the bathroom... would anyday prefer a walk in shower than this hazardous set up....

Absolutely wonderful experience. We were given a free upgrade to a Club room and it was a great room with bathtub and a massage chair on top of everything else. The staff is incredibly courteous and willing to assist in any way possible. The property may be a bit old, but has been kept up wonderfully. Overall, an exceptional experience we'd like to repeat in the future.

Excellent breakfast. There’s a good mix of South Indian and Western Continental. I only suggest hash browns daily rather than sporadically. Warm and friendly staff that helped me, a foreigner, with a few items here and there. Good internet. It’s not 4K streaming quality, but it’s consistent. Easy location for food delivery and transport to find. Clean bathroom. Special shout out to Manoj and Ajay on the 4th floor for exemplary service.

Honestly I was pretty happy , service and accommodation was excellent - alcohol is horrendously expensive but that in general in Mumbai

Nice hotel with decent size rooms, breakfast was good and food quality was ok. Dinner buffet had wide spread and food was tasty. Chef offered food on special request. Front office need attention.

The facilities provided by the hotel were excellent. The room was beautiful and spacious. The swimming pool and gym were amazing, very well maintained. The hotel is perfect for a staycation. Staff is courteous and polite.

The breakfast was not up to the mark. One would expect much better quality and variety from a Ramada hotel. It was frankly disappointing, possibly due to the large turnover of guests at the place. It’s the one area that can definitely be improved upon.

Had a marriage to attend so dropped by here to crash for the night. Good size rooms neat and clean.

The time it takes to get a lift is insane. spoke to the front desk they said it’s like that cos there were marriage groups. The wait can last any where between 5 to 15 mins. I suggest there are 2 lifts. let one be used by the regular customer and one for the marriage groups. The breakfast spread is too small and then glasses aren’t there for the juice. plates aren’t there.

Extremely disappointed with the breakfast arrangements and service during peak hours. There has to be 4 cooking pans in place for making omelette and egg items but there were only 2 which made people to wait for 45 min to 1 hr just to get 1 omlette. There was no action taken by duty manager (Shrikant) to improve the situation.

guest should not be asked to fill in the forms at the time of Check in, should be done by employees at the reception. also dinner rate mentioned on booking .com was not accepted by the hotel staff , which is misleading of information. another similar example is of menu card, they mentioned round the clock menu, however they don't really provide food round the clock.

Very clean rooms and well appointed bathrooms. Gym is well maintained and the breakfast offerings are very good.

Location is a bit away from the main town of Navi Mumbai
